Lovely central apartment, in lively part of Old town

Lovely clean apartment with plenty of light and views of square below. Very central location for old town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Liked having full kitchen facilities as it's expensive to eat out. Asked for extra towels mid week, and these arrived very quickly

Central location also meant it was noisy at night. Not too bad for us, but not great if you have small children as music was pretty loud, especially as bars were closing up around 12/12.30am.

Amazing location on a beautiful square in the heart of Antwerp. Tons of restaurants, cafes, and sites in area. Cute place, very clean, comfortable. In the heart of the action, so it’s lively outside at night. bedroom has a closing door so that cuts down on noise. Would definitely stay here again.

Not about the property itself—it’s a bit of a haul from key pickup location to walk to apartment (about 10-15 min walk), which we didn’t expect with all our luggage.

Great location

Great modern apartment smack in the city centre. Right above beautiful square and cafe bars etc. Comfortable bed. Shower excellent. Very good value for money.

Don't expect to check in early- it's one apartment under a management service of many places. Key collection is about 10 minutes walk from the apartment itself. You will receive an insane amount of info via multiple WhatsApp messages. The video explaining how to use the induction hob didn't include a key piece of information however! Unfriendly laminated list of things not to do and fines that will be imposed if rules broken. Felt unnecessarily hostile. Not sure I would stay here again.

A very nice (should be superb) apartment that just needs a couple of tweeks

There was no breakfast as it was an apartment. The location was fabulous. It might be worth mentioning the stairs are steep.

There was a strange smell in the flat that wouldn’t go away. Maybe dead mice? Off putting as the decor was superb. The pillows on the bed were pathetic and there were no extra covers for the bed. It was very cold this weekend. However the heating worked fine.

Great location but not a great stay

Location location location. Really, can’t beat the location. Nice view from the apartment. Nice shower. Nice decor. Clean.

- Even though the staff knew we were staying multiple days, they directed us to a parking lot outside of town where you can only park for 10 hours. That was a real waste of time! - The stairs are steep and narrow, the railing broken. Not a safe feeling. - Very noisy, even though it’s in the middle of downtown of course. - We asked if towels and a hairdryer were supplied, the answer was yes. But there was no dryer and only one towel per person (for a week!). - Staff begging for 10 out of 10 stars before we even saw the apartment. - There is a dishwasher but it can’t be used because “it’s not in the listing”. So put it on the listing! - Because there are no wooden spoons and plastic spatulas, only metal implements, the teflon pans had deep scrapes and cuts. This is extremely unhealthy!

Loved the views, loved the space, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and nice kitchen facilities. Extremely convenient to all the main attractions and restaurants

Exceptional

The location is awesome, the apartment is big, it will give you a feeling of living in a very old building. The stairwell is very steep and narrow, but very unique, and adds up to the experience.

It was hot in the city, and we kept windows open. I would suggest to add protection from mosquitos on windows.

Vreselijk

Locatie is goed in het centrum, niet met de auto bereikbaar. Maar er zijn voldoende parkeergarages

Vreselijke geluidsoverlast door Cafe/Restaurant onder het appartement. Houten plafonds dus daar gaat alle geluid doorheen tot s morgens vroeg. Niet mogelijk om te slapen. Muizenkeutels in het bed. (slaapbank id kamer) plus muizenvanger in kledingkast. Duidelijk dat er ongedierte aanwezig is. Je hoort de muizen ook lopen.Wij hebben ander hotel moeten reserveren. Wij raden deze plek zeker niet aan. Foto's lijken leuk, maar staan ook door elkaar het lijkt dat er bedden aanwezig zijn.Echter smal 2 persoonsbed id slaapkamer en slaapbanken id woonkamer(met muizenuitwerpselen) Restitutie van de extra kosten niet bespreekbaar!!!!

Het uitzicht en locatie (in centrum en het monumentale pand)!, en het heerlijke bed.

Geen koffiezet mogelijkheden ( pot en filter ontbraken), lage douchekop.

Een fijn verblijf in hartje Antwerpen

Een prima appartement op een schitterende locatie. Ruim en netjes met prima keuken en badkamer. Bij het inchecken was er een vriendelijke medewerker die iedereen alles uitlegt, vervolgens ontvang je ook een duidelijke mail of app met aanvullende info. Prima geregeld. Je zit echt in hartje centrum, en kunt je auto dichtbij parkeren (niet inbegrepen)

Het inchecken/ophalen van de sleutel kan vanaf 14:00 uur. We moesten wel een tijdje wachten omdat er veel mensen waren die sleutel kwamen ophalen. Daarnaast was het bed wel slecht. Het matras was niet ok helaas.

Mooie omgeving, zag er allemaal netjes uit!

We hadden maar 2 frisglazen en maar 1 wijnglas, dit vonden wij maar weinig. Ook zaten er muizen we hebben deze niet gezien maar wel gehoord. Ook stonden er door heel het appartement lok dozen voor de muizen.

De locatie voor met een groep vrienden is echt ideaal. Midden tussen de gezelligheid en ook nog eens alles snel geregeld. Echt een aanrader.

De locatie

Bij aankomst was het niet warm in het appartement ondanks dat de thermostaat op 30°C stond. 's Nachts was het juist te warm. Geen grote tafel met 6 zitplaatsen om comfortabel aan te zitten.
