Отличное месторасположение! Отличный вид! Нас встретили ,все объяснили и рассказали. Очень приятно было там находиться.Это были просто замечательные 3 дня в Венеции, в том числе благодаря атмосфере этого дома.
Надо быть готовым к тому, что перед первым использованием посуды на кухне, ее стоит обязательно тщательно помыть. Постельное белье , возможно, стоит обновить. Но все это абсолютно никак не повлияло на впечатление от этого объекта размещения!

Fantastic location! Great views of the Gondolas from bedroom window & kitchen window. A lovely apartment with a beautiful bathroom and the best bed!
Only Negative…. Hmmm a little bit too much unnecessary furniture. Furniture is beautiful, but it took up a bit too much room, for our liking.

L’emplacement
Nous sommes restés une semaine sans avoir d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Impossible de prendre une douche.inadmissible pour ce genre d’appartement. Mauvais rapport qualité /prix. Le représentant du propriétaire est passé une fois mais n’a pas résolu le problème.
