The location was perfect! Easy to walk to so many downtown Asheville destinations. Parking was easy, either on the street in front of the apartment or in the Sears Alley deck, which was $12 for 24 hours and only a 3-minute walk. All needed amenities are available. The bed and furniture are comfy. Old building with lots of character and updated modern appliances and furniture. Sound machines drowned out external noise from the city. We will be back!
None of these are a big deal but: A couple parts of the old floor slant, it takes awhile for the temperature to regulate since it's an old structure, too much to do!

Location was fantastic! A little tricky to find but hosts were incredibly detailed in directions to Lofts.
It is a gorgeous home conveniently located and walking distance to everything and trolly fit touring. Absolutely perfect!!!!
So minor but would’ve love a box of of tissues in bathrooms.

Location is exceptional if you’re looking to shop or go to the breweries.
It was hard to find the front door and then confusing how to get to the front door. Opening the door the first time was confusing. We couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in from the shower or bathroom sink. Faucets were confusing.

Master bedroom and bathroom was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was all upgraded to the latest design. Even though we brought our own supplies with us, the minimum of what you need like sugar, coffee, pots, pans, etc was already provided. Bathing soap and supplies were also provided.
The balcony
It was unappealing, no decoration, and bird crap residue on the deck. Poor lighting. The room was said it accommodated 4 people, I don’t know how. Two people were enough.
The process of getting into your apartment.
The information provided by both Vrbo/Booking and the building management company to get into the apartment was very confusing. The communication by email and phone support could have been much better as information from both was contradictory.
