Die Ausstattung modern eingerichtet, Balkon tolle Aussicht, Schlüsselbox. Alles war sauber und gut organisiert.
Leider war das Licht im Bad kaputt und es wurde auch nicht repariert. Der Preis war hoch.

Die Einrichtung war sehr schön, nett gestaltet, Bügeleisen und Föhn im Schrank. In 5 Minuten Zufuß in der Rüttenscheider Fußgängerzone. Aussicht über Essen. Kleine Küche mit Geräten.
Als Pärchen okay, alleine würde ich nie dort buchen, Hochhaus mit Ghetto-Flair, die Flure und der Hauseingang total verdreckt und schlechter Geruch. Der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer funktioniert nicht, der Balkon war auch verdreckt. Ablagen sowie Tische waren verstaubt, Flecken auf der Couch, dann lieber eine Decke oder Überzug draufmachen. Außerdem hat es alle 10 Minuten gepiept, konnten uns nicht erklären wo das herkam, das war sehr nervig, Dusche und Bad allgemein sehr klein.

Thank you so much, Michael and Victoria for warm hospitality. I live in your apartment for five days and I feel like staying in my home I really appreciate your help of parking. Pick up my luggage and also some suggestion of nearby restaurant. The Apartment is perfect, 9th floor can see the city landscape and it's quite near messe essen. I cannot waiting for passing by again. Thank you, again, Michael and Victoria.
