Het is een mooie apartment. Goede keuken met goede apparatuur. In en uitchecken ging makkelijk.
Het is het slechtste stuk van Essen ik ooit hebt gezien. Drugs verkopers voor de deur. Veel dakloos of verslaafde die rond slingeren. Jongens probeerde mijndrugs te verkopen toen ik thuis kwam.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, wirklich gut ausgestattet, alles war da was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Einkaufs Fußgängerzone fängt direkt um die Enke an. Bus- und Bahn Haltestelle fußläufig zu erreichen und trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig, obwohl wir die Fenster geöffnet hatten. Auch das ein- und ausschecken war unkompliziert und gut geregelt.
Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat , dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts, ich möchte es aber trotzdem vermerken, ist dass ab abends der Vorplatz vor dem Eingang von Alkohol-/drogenabhängigen zum Treff genützt wird. Sie waren nicht laut und haben uns nicht belästigt, trotzdem war es uns etwas unangenehm abends spät über den Platz zu der Wohnung zu gehen.

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben in Top Zustand. Vermieter immer erreichbar und Check In lief ebenfalls problemlos ab. Unsere Monteure haben sich wohl gefühlt. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen!

Es ist sehr zentral. Das Haus selber ist gepflegt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab Kaffee und Tee.
Die direkte Umgebung war erschreckend. Viele Obdachlose und Drogenabhängige in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung. Als Frau würde ich dort abends nicht gerne vorbei gehen. Natürlich kann der Vermieter nichts dafür. Aber es sollte einem klar sein, dass es sich um einen sozialen Brennpunkt handelt.
