The property is located a stone's throw away from the activity centre of Essen. Proximity to shops, bars & restaurants was incredible. The apartment itself was very well laid out with everything that one may need for a business or personal visit. The ease of dealing with the host made it even better to stay there. The convenience of having a laundry room was appreciated very much. The apartment is a 11min walk from Essen Hbf on mostly flat land so it was very convenient.
The area right outside the building had some shady people on occasion but the host is working with the town council to have this attended to. No issue with safety though.
