Loved it.

Thé location was excellent, just a few steps away way from the ocean. It was quiet, the place was cosy, cute, comfortable and very clean. Everything we needed for a little get away and some sunshine by the sea. We extended our stay as the weather was nice and the place was affordable and just great.

Good

Property was beside a very sandy, clean, beach(Swords Beach), approximately 1-1.5km walk in either direction to a restaurant. Beautiful to go out and watch the sunrise in the morning. Good location to cycle to nearby Ouistreham and Pegasus Bridge or a short drive to Caen, Bayeux, Omaha Beach and the American graveyard. Host was very welcoming and gave us lots of local information.

The studio was quite small with a pull out sofabed. Kitchen area was a little tight with 2 people in it but it did seem well equipped.

Great get-away location right on the D-Day beaches.

The location, and independence. The host was very friendly too, and accommodating.

It would have been nice to have easy password access to the WiFi. We would have liked to have seen some news (bad as it is currently) on the TV. Unable to get any Free channels

Il y a une petite terrasse mais malheureusement elle n’est pas accessible depuis le logement, il faut sortir et entrer de l’autre côté.

Super séjour dans cet adorable studio, appartement très confortable et très bien équipé.

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Abigail, l'hôte de l'établissement est très accueillante. Elle nous a donné pleins de recommandations, de restaurants, de lieux à visiter etc. Je recommande vivement, en hivers comme en été.

Ruhige Lage, sehr erholsam, direkt am Strand, gute Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren.

Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Nettes kleines Appartment, funktional eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Parkplatz an der Straße vor dem Haus. Nette freundliche Gastgeberin.

Kein direkter Zugang vom Zimmer zur Terasse. Geht nur außenrum über den Eingang.

Séjour super agréable et instructif

Studio très cosy. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. La proximité avec la plage est très agréable. À proximité aussi de plusieurs musées et mémoriaux de la seconde guerre mondiale. L’hôte est très sympa et très attentionnée. Une petite pépite !!

Voor herhaling vatbaar!

De ligging aan de zijdijk van een authentiek, gaaf bewaard Normandisch dorp aan de zee. Fantastische streek met heel veel bezienswaardigheden (Caen, D-day stranden, Bayeux, ...)! Grootwarenhuis (Auchan) op 5 min rijden. Verse vismarkt (Ouistreham) op 10 min rijden.

De studio bevindt zich in het souterrain en heeft geen zicht op zee. Beperkte hoeveelheid warm water.

L’emplacement est parfait. Abigail est une super hôte, elle répond vite en cas de besoin. Le logement est propre.

Séjour agréable au porte de la mer

Le studio était au bord de la plage dans une allée privée, nous étions au calme et nous avons pu bouger facilement avec notre voiture. Le studio était confortable notamment le BZ et les oreillers fournis, ce qui est rare ! Il est également très lumineux 😇 Les échanges avec Abigail étaient rapides et cordiaux, il n'y a eu aucun stress quant à notre arrivée et notre départ.

Quelques éléments défectueux dans l'appartement que nous avons signalé. Nous avons trouvé dommage qu'il n'y ait pas d'accès direct à la terrasse depuis l'appartement dû au fait que le studio est en sous-sol mais avoir une terrasse était déjà chouette 😁

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de congélateur ou freezer. Un four aurait été un plus.

Une légère odeur de moisissure dans le placard haut du coin cuisine. Le montant à rajouter pour les draps est trop cher.
