Our hosts made our overnight stay in this excellent property easy and comfortable.

Our host and his wife were really helpful in waiting for us late (since we had come off the evening ferry) and ensuring that we found our way into the property. They were especially kind the next morning in helping us with our departure, showing us the property where we are due to stay on 02 August and inviting us to breakfast in a local café.

Great value with many Extras in a lovely seaside Town

Great value for money, the check in was easy because they left the key under the door. There was a sofa bed the Television worked and it was good to see local terrestrial TV. There’s an upstairs loft bit to sleep an additional 1-2, the Town is lovely two roads away from the Port, I came by ship from the UK. Riva Bella beach is a 5 minute walk, it’s lovely and there are D-day exhibits and memorials, the museums Le grand bunker and more on Sword Beach are well worth a visit, as are the local cafes and shops.

Everything was fine, there was no Wi-Fi, I had to go back to the Port to connect to the Maritime Wi-Fi to contact the host, where she’d left a message with the check in details, the key was under the mat, that was all, a great way to do it, and all is good about this place.

Absolutely horrendous, shabby uncared for place!

The location only

Where to start!! The place was grubby and smelly! Bathroom was dirty, the sink and taps had hair from someone shaving still on them, there was a broken toilet seat standing against the wall No decent towels either The bedroom was accessed through a loft hatch and loft ladder, no mention of that in the listing. The bed wasn’t made, when I say bed I mean a mattress on the floor, the bedding was in a heap,all jumble, like it was a job lot from a charity shop. You need to get this listing taken down as it has put me off using your site for bookings!! Horrendous and possibly the worst I’ve been to, actually it is the worst!

logement tres agreable calme avec un mimosa proche en fleur epoustouflant bien chauffé Beaucoup de petites choses mises pour agrementer le séjour

le lit en haut , peur de tomber si se réveille la nuit donc nous ne l'avons pas utilisé Peut etre mettre un grille pain et un presse orange

Le logement n’était pas propre La salle de bain n’était pas propre et la lunette des toilettes mal fixée, donc instable. La porte de la sdb n’est pas en bon état.

Toilette cassée j'ai failli me blesser Il faut aimer grimper à l'échelle pour se coucher (lit non fait, draps en vrac sur le convertible au RDC) Dérangé à 22h35 par un ancien occupant qui avait oublié son gel de rasage (Cher client. J'ai apprécié la formulation de Mme Ming..!)
