About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 33 m² house in Douvres-la-Délivrande to rent for up to 2 people. It comprises an attractive 11 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a relaxation area, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a small terrace. Wifi (fibre optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you !
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor :
- An 11m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hob...
1st floor :
- A relaxation area with armchairs and TV
- A bathroom with shower and WC
2nd floor :
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
Outside :
- A 5 m² south-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying fine weather
The house is ideally located in Douvres-la-Délivrande, 500 m from the center, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby...
Activities:
- Caen 12 km Memorial
- The Ladies' Abbey and the Men's Abbey
- Le Vaugueux, with its many restaurants.
- Caen Castle and park
- The two big weekly markets on Friday and Sunday
- D-Day beaches / Arromanches Omaha Beach, Juno Beach
- Bayeux medieval town
- The seaside resorts of Deauville, Cabourg and their casinos
- Honfleur and the Pont de Normandie.
- Aquatic center on the commune next to the hypermarket
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (1 space) or in the public parking lot 200 m away.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Caen 19 km (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen Carpiquet 20 km (30 min by car)
- Public transport: Douvres la Délivrande stop, 300 m from accommodation
