This apartment located in an old house with character, beachfront, charming, the sea is on the other side of the street, near the center of Thalasso therapy, very nice resort, ideal for visiting Normandy.
Spacious, 61 m2, fully renovated, overlooking a terrace and a flowery garden, enjoying a double exposure.
Large entrance with a cozy sleeping, overlooking the living room dining room, including an extending table buffet chairs, a sofa bed comfortable, TV stand, other small cabinet.
Fully equipped kitchen overlooking the garden.
A small hallway leading to the bedroom overlooking the street, double shutters, triple glazing, with a double bed, two bedside tables, dressing and other storage.
A small bathroom bath with shower.
Separate toilet. A small laundry veranda.
The deposit of 400 € is not added to the amount of the estimate of the rent, it is due on arrival in cash or check (not cashed).

We really enjoyed our stay in Evelyn’s house. Beautiful garden - good facilities and close to shops and restaurants.

The photos of the property do not do it justice as it is huge - especially for two - and full of character. Beautiful garden in which we ate most of our meals. Everything is there for a perfect holiday. Locally there are great restaurants within 150metres of your doorstep. The beach is opposite - 20 metres away. In August, it doesn’t get dark until 10pm and the locals have a lovely calendar of events such as beach volleyball played till late in the evening. A beautiful park is around the corner and a very reasonable market where food is really cheap - cheese, fresh fruit etc. All of this and one is within driving distance of all the attractions- we visited Giverny, Mont St Michel and drove through the Pays d’Auge. A deposit of 400 euros is payable at the start of the visit but is given straight back at the end. No dodgy dealings. I really cannot fault this little gem of a place in beautiful Normandy.

Wonderful apartment with great facilities and a beautiful garden. Safe parking right outside, two minutes walk to choice of shops and one minute to the sea and beach. Great cafe 3 minutes away, Good small restaurant almost next door!
We will return!
