The place was well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio for visiting
Groundskeepers we are working the whole time we were there. It was an Annoying white noise. The pools were not maintained in front of the unit

The condo was a decent size and layout. Beds were comfortable but better pillows required.
Directions to unit poor at best. Needs to mention Country Club entrance to Palm Valley. Located next to railway and I-10 so very noisy. Needs to have pest control remove ants from kitchen. Unable to get hot water to MBR ensuite (warm at best). Good shower in 2nd BR but roof collapsed with water leak from above and no compensation offered.
