The hosts were really helpful, and the dinners were just what was needed. Breakfast is buffet-style, with a great variety. We had to shorten our stay cause kid caught a virus. Hosts were there to help us in this unplanned situation, so again I can just say: Thank you a lot! :)

Rooms can be small, but that was expected and it is visible from the pictures.

We stayed just one night, two of us in a quadruple room, andit was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and warm. The floor is heated and there is a small wall panel heater that makes the room heavenly warm after a long day on the snow. There was plenty of hot water and very good water pressure, which made the shower especially enjoyable. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. For dinner, we had a crispy chicken burger with fries, which was delicious. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The bar offers reasonably priced drinks, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. A private parking is available which we apreciated very much.There is a Maxi supermarket and a pharmacy very close by. Overall, considering the price, the value for money is very good and we appreciated the warm atmosphere and hospitality.

The directions provided on Booking led us astray, a visible sign on the road might make arrival easier for future guests. The quadruple room is very small, I feel it would be very tight for 4 persons, even with children. The mattress on the gallery is not suitable for two adults unless they are petite. Since we were cramped in it, my husband moved to the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable. No shower gel or shampoo is provided, and the hair dryer is available only upon request. We tried to turn on the TV, but no channels were set. The soundproofing is quite poor — we could hear everyone else on the floor. Although dinner was very tasty, the burger portion was on the small side. After six hours of skiing, we needed a bit more sustenance, so we went to Maxi afterwards to buy some snacks. Also, card payments are not accepted.

Foarte comod, un vibe foarte bun, de munte. Am avut o experiență plăcută. Foarte cald în camere, mâncarea a fost excelentă și diversificată. Oameni calzi și primitori, dispuși să ajute în caz de nevoie.

It's a family-size hotel meaning not part of a chain or international company. The owners run the business personally, you can talk to them, ask them questions, ask for information, etc. They are always available, very attentive and helpful.

Another shelf could have been handy in the bathroom. An alternating light switch should have been installed near the bed. Otherwise as we did not spend our time in the room, these things are of lesser importance.
