Very comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant. (Kids) will enjoy the animals in the park behind the hotel

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The room was tidy, comfortable for the price, and had a lovely view of the garden. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and the restaurant was charming, with a beautiful garden next to an area where some animals were kept – the kids really enjoyed it. There was also a playground for children, which made our stay even better for the family.

The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful in both the restaurant and hotel.
The aircon was very effective.
The breakfast was very good and they were able to cater for dietary requirements.
The bathroom was very small and a bad design - water spilled out onto the main floor with every shower. Uncovered holes in walls exposing pipelines. Power-points located in weird places. We had to put the kettle on the floor to boil it. No cups or spoons supplied to make use of the kettle which is very strange. Had to ask the staff member for a mug and he got one from the restaurant.
Our second night, they put a group of two families on either side of us. It was so noisy until late and kids knocked on our door.
