i liked the staff and the room

very loud banging coming from other rooms at 8 in the morning and alot of loud sounds. it was the same breakfeast everymorning. they didnt clean the floor one time while we was there. i think that its a good place too stay but i thought that some of the thinks could have been better

You can't beat the location, and the rooms are huge, mine even had a balcony to sit out on with a drink. Staff were great and super helpful. The view from the 9th floor is stunning, and the restaurant was very good.

More a constructive comment, breakfast you have to order but the waitress is not proactive. Specify exactly what you want otherwise you'll end up with bread rolls but no butter or jam, or orange juice or coffee. A training issue perhaps but would make more sense if the breakfast included everything, the choice being tea or coffee etc..

This hotel is amazing!! It is part of a larger building that looks pretty old, but once you get to the top floor where it's located, everything changes. First, the room offers a fantastic view over Peja, and in the early morning it's amazing. The room is spacious, modern, clean, with a large bed and a very modern bathroom. But the best thing of all is the included breakfast on the open terrace: eating and drinking my coffee while admiring the city and the mountains was a fantastic experience! I was lucky to have such a sunny day. Nonetheless, the view is enjoyable also if you eat inside. There is even a highest floor that provides a 360° view over the city that is even more incredible. It was accessible from a staircase, and I believe this must be another area where they do breakfast, or maybe is a bar lounge? But possibly it was not used at the time I stayed for lack of enough guests. Nevertheless, you can go there and take pictures. Some staff speak English, some others don't, but that was not an issue at all. Everyone was really nice. Ah, and the place is right in the centre of Peja, only 7 minutes walk from the bus station and at the entrance of the Old Bazaar. It can't be better than that!
