House was spotlessly clean and very homely. The house was well equipped with everything we needed.
Nothing really. Tv remotes were a bit complicated with some buttons slow to respond. Just an observation.

Good clean place, pet friendly and with good location - 2 min from ferry towards Waterford.
However some unforseen circumstances can occur. Example rattling roof and barking neighbours dog... you may think thats ok...but imagine roof tail banging all night above your head...or dog barking until 2am...
The place is superclean and feel like the owner care and has put some effort into it.... there is private parking and the house feel warm and cosy.
Its close to everything you can wish for....lighthouse 20 min...new ross 20 min...waterford 25min(taking the ferry)...
Honestly good cheap place to stay....

Beautiful modern pet friendly home, ev charger was great such a plus, location is great , relaxed and beautiful scenery we explored lovely beaches with the kids. Beds are very comfortable, house is fully equipped with everything you need . Open fire is a bonus. Back garden is enclosed for your pets which we loved.
Very disappointed to arrive to a freezing cold home with 3 kids I WhatsApp host Helena who was great to reply assured me it was air to water and house would take a while to heat up! This in itself was a huge let down as house should have been pre heated for guest arrival! 7 hours later home was still Baltic to the point kids were wrapped in duvets in sitting room to try keep them warm upstairs beds felt quite cold and damp I was very annoyed re messaged host, transpired someone had tampered with heating and it wasn’t on correct setting Helena did apologise and explained housekeeper had a breavment and house was was not occupied for a few days she offered a dinner as a gesture I refused. We plugged in electric heaters upstairs as rads never came on. Downstairs did heat up eventually but 1st night of 2 night stay was ruined!
