Matt is an excellent host, he goes above and beyond what is expected. The apartment was spotless, well stocked and he also gives you information on deals in the local area. He has an electric car charger.

Owner was super friendly when we reached out through text when we were having trouble figuring out the door handle. Convenience store right across the street quick bites to eat and energy drinks in the morning.
We had no issues whatsoever.

The main areas were clean but the edges and skirting boards are well overdue a clean

Convenient for overnight stay after a wedding in nearby muinebeag
Odd smell, possibly damp, overall cleanliness, marks on walls, mould in bathroom on ceiling and grout, hand towel had make up marks on it when we arrived, electric sockets at bed for lamps and phone charging were not working, bed linen was clean, beds were comfortable but all in same room and kitchen alongside, quiet at night, just needs a bit more attention and cleaning.
