Great location close to the river Tweed.

We had a wonderful trip to Peebles. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and we were impressed how homely it felt and how well equipped it was. Julie was great at keeping in touch at all stages of our trip. We would definitely recommend to book and will be looking to go back in future.

Fabulous New Year stay in Tweed Green.

Beautiful property, very high spec and immaculately clean. Julie has thought of everything for a fabulous stay and is very generous and easy to communicate with. Thank you Julie, we had a wonderful New Year stay in Tweed Green.

Great wee house in a fantastic location.

Great location, convenient for all facilities in Peebles with a great outlook. House is immaculate, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Each bedroom has a super king bed and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space. Kitchen is very well equipped and again everything is immaculately clean. Plentiful supply of dishwasher and laundry tablets and a good range of condiments. Very generous welcome basket which is a great start after a long drive in horrible rainy weather. We were sorry we had only booked for two nights!

Top Quality little gem

From the initial booking, arrival to departure Julie was a perfect host. The property is situated overlooking the banks of the Tweed and super close to all the local, shops, pubs, restaurants and amenities. Everything about the property has been tastefully done with every small touch thought of and top quality too. From the bedding, towels utensils and all the electrical goods nothing has been spared. A great deal of pride and care has been given to make it an enjoyable stay for any guest. All in all a first class cozy and convenient little gem!

Excellent stay, fab property.

The place was immaculate, very welcoming with a gorgeous aroma when you walked in. The welcome basket, the milk, bread, butter and water were a lovely touch. All the facilities were exceptionally clean and all the rooms were beautifully decorated. The flat is also in a nice area and in easy reach of the high street. Will definitely be back next time we visit Peebles.

A stunning apartment in a great location

The property is beautifully decorated and fitted out. Lots of thoughtful touches made us feel welcome on arrival. Everything feels very new and clean, and there is attention to detail everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. Julie, the host, was on hand with friendly advice and we had a very enjoyable stay.

The property was lovely, really clean, well decorated and we felt very at home in it. It was clear that Julie put a lot of effort into getting it ready. The food in the fridge and the chocolates/crisps/wine were a lovely unexpected touch and the location of the property was just perfect.

beautifully decorated flat in a fab location, has everything you need for a break away. Able to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the lovely view. Beds are comfy and host Julie was so lovely. Looking for an excuse to return!

everything was absolutely superb from location to the most amazing attention to detail in every aspect. the property was equipped to an extremely high standard. Nothing was left to chance in any area and Julie’s caring attitude to go above and beyond made our stay just perfect. nothing was too much trouble. superb host who thought of absolutely everything and every single detail in this beautiful apartment. wished we had stayed longer, but…….we will be back. best ever. 👏👏
