Playa la Arena Apartment by the Beach

Excellent location, literally a one-minute walk from Playa de la Arena, with shops, restaurants and everything you need nearby. The apartment has a beautiful view of the beach and ocean, and the large balcony is a great place to spend mornings and evenings. The apartment is spacious, cozy, very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped for proper cooking - there is everything you might need, even a paella pan. We really appreciated all the thoughtful extras: beach towels and umbrellas, sunscreen, shampoo, shower gel and toiletries. There is also a washing machine, plenty of laundry detergent and a drying rack. Free parking was easy to find nearby. Communication was quick and easy, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly.

The only significant downside was the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom, which made it very hot at night. The bedroom window opens onto the corridor right next to the lift, so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving it open while sleeping. An insect screen on the window would make a big difference, as it would allow the bedroom to be ventilated more safely.

La cercanía de la playa ...y la tranquilidad de la zonas

Salle de bain peu confortable, espaces exigus, très propre et sympa comme appartement mais mal situé. Très bruyant tant niveau voisins qu’extérieur ( proche d’une discothèque)
