Punta Negra

¡Nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí! El apartamento es bastante grande, sobre todo la zona de estar-comedor-cocina, más incluso de lo que se aprecia en las fotos, por lo que resulta muy cómodo. Además estaba todo muy limpio e impecable, y los dueños, Mauricio y su mujer, un encanto y muy atentos con nosotros. La cocina perfectamente equipada, y con detalles que muchas veces no encuentras, como bayetas, productos de limpieza, servilletas, azúcar, café... Hasta una botella de vino regalo de la casa 😊 Y lo mejor de todo, la ubicación. A menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa, y en una zona muy tranquila, de viviendas o apartamentos de una o dos plantas. La verdad que la relación calidad-precio es excelente, así que sin duda volveremos!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr groß und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand und zu verschiedenen Geschäften und Restaurants.

Man wohnt im Grunde im Keller eines Gebäudes und ist, bis auf einen kleinen Ausschnitt, von einer Mauer umgeben. Das Meer sieht man nur durch einen kleinen Zwischenraum von zwei vorgelagerten Gebäuden. In der Unterkunft ist es relativ dunkel.

Casa molto comoda, c'era tutto necessario, non mancava niente, letto comodo, abbiamo dormito benissimo, spiaggia a due passi dal appartamento. Un caloroso saluto da parte nostra al proprietario e alla sua moglie! Grazie per la vostra gentilezza ed ospitalità.

- I completely do not understand why the owner promises a rooftop pool (including photos), when this pool is his private and we cant use it - the view is not on the sea except small line... the view is to the wall of the terrace, which is around and the view is also to surrounding houses and to sky. It's not ugly, it's not dark, the terrace is good, it's just a ground floor apartment. The sea is about 50m from the house, behind another row of houses - no english - constant smell from the bathroom (waste) - - standard mattresses, but the beds in one of the bedrooms are very loud (creaking) - it is a pity that the lord unnecessarily promises a pool and a sea view. If he wrote how things are, it would be accommodation for a rating of 8-9 for and great price ... and even if he solved the smell from the bathroom
