About this apartment rental
The well-kept apartment is located right in the center of Playa de La Arena and is only a few steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The approx. 48 sqm apartment is on the 2nd Floor of a small apartment house and consists of a comfortably furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. The spacious balcony offers a great view of the sea and the beach promenade.
The living room is equipped with a pull-out sofa bed, a TV cabinet, an LED TV with cable (Spanish channels) and satellite connection (Astra, German channels) as well as a dining table and chairs.
The integrated kitchen consists of a large refrigerator, a four-zone ceramic hob with extractor hood, a mini-oven, a microwave and the usual small electrical appliances such as kettles, coffee machines and dishes.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet and sink.
There is a shoe cabinet and a mirror in the hallway.
The comfortable equipment includes air conditioning, free internet connection via WLAN, safe, washing machine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board, including bed linen and towels.
A spacious balcony with a partial sea view offers a great view and invites you to a meal or a refreshing drink with a table and four chairs.
Various bars, restaurants, cafes and shops are in the immediate vicinity within a radius of 50 to 150 meters.
Public parking is available directly opposite the building and on the adjacent side street.
A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (approx. 50 meters away) and offers access to public transport.
For guests who would like to explore the island, a rental car is recommended, which can also be booked directly at the airport. This also saves the costs of the airport transfer.

We had a nice stay. The appartment was really 30 meters from the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby, supermarket and busstop and the taxi in front of the appartment.
We had sun on the balcony early in the morning till 5pm. You can walk on the esplanada to other villages. aswel to the north as south.
Nadja our nice lady of the keys was very helpfull. We appreciated that she stayed in the evening to collect us. Super! We had a delay of more than 3 ours with our flight.

Superb. Rebooked for later this year. Kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Not fancy but very clean, smart and a functional base. We spent little time in the apartment apart from having a few sundowners on the balcony, coffee in the morning and a bit of book reading. Everything we needed for our holiday was here in a prime position in La Arena. The only improvements would be to have an extra key. Also it would be a good idea to have had some information on accessing bus routes to so many places of interest. The local bus service was great. 4 euros to get to the other areas of Tenerife.
We have fallen in love with this beautiful resort and have walked miles along promenades in either direction. Views of Puerto Santiago and Los Gigantes were great and an hour and a half to Alcalla is also beautiful. The entertainment has been great thanks to Chris Smith and Marco who have been in vacation and are two very talented musicians to say the least. Also a big Thank you to Rafael at Blarney Stone and the great bar staff there. Let’s not forget Legends either. Also the snack bar ‘El Gourmet’ serves great food and drinks.
We made new friends Ana and Frederick and hope to see them again soon. Just a really fabulous holiday xxx
