Spacious accommodation in a quiet location.

La Casita is a lovely traditional Canarian property on a banana plantation, it has fantastic out door space, several terraces and great views and is lovely and quite.Ariel showed us around the property when we arrived. Pool is shared with the main house on the plantation but we didnt find this an issue as there was plenty of space and sun longers around the pool.Carmen is the host and was very pleasant to deal with and on the odd occasion we contacted her, her response was pretty much straight away.If your looking for modern with air conditioning this is not for you but if you want traditional Canarian stye property and a great host this is the place for you.We will definitely return

La Casita is great. The caretaker Juan and his wife Rosa are a phenomenon. Fresh bananas delivered to your door almost every morning! Owners are helpful and nice. It would have been perfect if: – the kitchenware had been up to better standards. Frying pans especially had seen better days and we had to get our own knives to get anything cut. – kitchen floor would not have been flooding with water every other evening. Mopping kitchen floors is not really what one likes to do on holidays. Reason for the flooding still remains a mystery, perhaps to our good hosts Carmen and Fatima too? – the water leak would not have made the air on ground floor unpleasantly humid and cellar like. – if we could have used the wifi for something else than basically just checking emails. We exceeded some limit and the wifi was removed from us by the owners after a couple of days. We were left with the neighbouring house’s network, which was practically useless. We can recommend La Casita sincerely, and would consider coming back sometime if the above-mentioned problems were solved and if Carmen would have us, of course;) All the best and thank you for a memorable stay!
