Pleasant Oceanfront Condo with Large Balcony and Beach Access - Unit 1605
This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and daybed. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure. This unit includes complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up.

This unit was wonderful! Very clean, updated and had everything needed. The balcony furniture was amazing for afternoon and evening naps! My only complaint, and I’m sure it’s operator error, the lights on the fans were very dem. We will definitely aim for this unit again!

Vey nice and clean condo! It was great having enough chairs / couches in the living room and the balcony furniture was a great set up.
Only needed to purchase kitchen dish soap but that was the least we could do being they provided all the kitchen necessaries.
Plenty of pool chairs and tiki bar food was good for an easy lunch.
The chairs from the beach rental were actual lounge sun tanning loungers which was great, but the older guy isn’t the friendliest person you’ll ever meet. There were no consistency of where the chairs may be. One day they were right at the waters edge, the next were mid way between ocean and condo- which let others be in front of you with chairs and umbrellas.
I know there’s a ‘rule’ of where they should go, but ours hardly ever lined up with others down from us so just be prepared for not having a direct ocean view. Just take a beach blanket to put out in front of your lounge chairs early mornings to claim your area and then we would move it later when we saw that kids needed a spot to play in the sand, which we enjoyed watching.
I would definitely rent this condo again.
