The unit is in need of upgrades. The entertainment unit is old style and the television sits inside the unit which hinders the speakers. Both need to be replaced with more modern pieces. Too many artificial trees and plants which add to the dust factor. The outside grounds and pools are well kept and secure. Gulf Crest staff are very friendly and very helpful. We had a good time but feel it would be even better if above mentioned were addressed.
