About this apartment rental
LOTS OF UPDATES! This updated oceanfront unit (10th floor) offers an open floor plan that sleeps up to 8 people. The views are breathtaking from the 40” gulf front balcony with three “sitting” areas that comfortably seats 10! Enjoy the large, well stocked kitchen, granite counter tops, tile backsplash and updated appliances (new fridge added 9/25). The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and love seat (2022), with big screen Smart TV which flows to the dining and bunk bed areas. (Your passwords and logins are needed for apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Pandora etc.) The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, sliding glass doors to the balcony, and bath with double vanity (new sinks, faucets, quartz countertop, mirror and lighting December 2024), glass enclosed walk-in shower, walk in closet, separate toilet room with comfort height toilet, and a designated laundry room. The guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, with connecting door to the guest bath which was completely updated December 2024 featuring new cabinets with, quartz countertop, sink, faucet, new tiled tub/shower combo with grab bars and comfort height toilet with pocket door separation. Recent flooring and paint throughout the unit provide an inviting cohesive look. Two beach chairs with umbrella ARE INCLUDED with your rental! All 2/2 units at Gulf Crest are the same size which the Tax Assessor lists as 1310 sq. ft. This condo’s interior is beautifully designed—definitely a step above your standard rental. It includes lots of thoughtful extras that make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The balcony is especially impressive: oversized, well-furnished, and perfect for soaking in the view. This unit truly checks all the boxes for a great vacation. Highly recommended!

What a joy it was to stay in such a nicely decorated, well stocked condo. The chairs outside in the patio well exceeded my expectations. We never adjusted the air and just left it where it was and it took care of our needs. The bed in the master ( the only one we used) slept as good as my own at home. It was a pleasure to rent this condo!
