We have family that own condos at GulfCrest. We have stayed with them multiple times and have always enjoyed the property. This was our first time to rent at GulfCrest and our first time in a 2 bedroom. The rental experience was easy and the 2 bedroom was very spacious.

The unit was clean, the staff were excellent, and the location is perfect.The mattress was horrible and could hardly be slept on, however that's possibly a personal preference issue.With hurricane Helene potentially on Thursday, the condo management had our balcony furniture moved into the condo on Monday morning. My number one reason for wanting this particular unit was for the view from the balcony, which could not be enjoyed with the furniture inside the condo. We have stayed in this unit before, and the view from the balcony is stunning. I'm 100% disabled and cannot move furniture back and forth.Our rental was through Sunday but we left on Wednesday so we could recover from the lack of sleep and avoid potential problems on the road stemming from Hurricane Helene. In short, we paid a lot of money for a condo we could not rest in and only stayed 3 of the 7 nights.
