Significantly updated oceanfront unit with tasteful coastal decor (10th floor) offers an open floor plan with large kitchen, granite countertops, and tile backsplash with updated appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views from the 40” gulf front balcony with three “sitting” areas that comfortably seats 10! The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and love seat (2022), with big screen Smart TV (your passwords and logins needed for apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Pandora etc.) which flows to the dining and bunk bed areas. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, TV, sliding glass doors to the balcony, and bath with double vanity (new sinks, faucets, quartz countertop, mirror and lighting December 2024), glass enclosed walk-in shower, walk in closet, separate toilet room with comfort height toilet, and designated laundry room. The guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, with connecting door to the guest bath. The guest bath was completely updated December 2024 featuring new cabinets with new sink, faucet and quartz countertop, a new tiled tub/shower combo with grab bars and comfort height toilet with pocket door separation. Recent flooring and paint throughout the unit provide an inviting cohesive look. Two beach chairs with umbrella ARE INCLUDED with your rental! All 2/2 units at Gulf Crest are the same square footage which the Tax Assessor shows as 1310. New photos of the December 2024 bathroom updates coming in April!

Arrived on Sept. 17, stayed until Sept. 24. Facility was awesome as usual with very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and extremely comfortable and our only "concern" was the sofa was uncomfortable (usual for a sleeper sofa). Kitchen was well appointed and we had an overall wonderful week.

Annual beach trip with sisters. The weather was perfect and no seaweed. The condo was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the balcony and all of the updates that were made since our last trip. Guest services were very helpful and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back again next year.

The only thing I recommend is a new sofa. The cushion seats would not stay in place.
