Welcome to Summit Sunsets, a charming 1 bed + bunk room condo at PCB's favorite resort.
Situated on the ideal 3rd floor of The Summit on Thomas Drive, you'll enjoy a roomy interior with an amazing view and private balcony overlooking the Resort's dual pools, snack bar, and white sands of the Emerald Coast.
Our living area offers comfortable seating, ceiling fan, and a smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances large and small plus cooking implements, dishes/utensils/glassware, and we also have a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The bedroom has two queen beds, smart TV, clothing storage, ceiling fan and access to the bathroom which offers a tub/shower combo and vanity area. Our bunk nook sleeps two more, and we also have a half bathroom and complimentary wifi.
For guest convenience, we include free daily beach chairs + umbrella every day of your stay!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on a credit/debit card that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. A $27 fee per STAY is required by the Resort to be paid upon arrival as their standard procedure and includes wristbands and up to two parking passes. No pets, ESA, or smoking allowed.
