The unit was just like the pictures. The decor was nice. The beach was practically in the "back yard". Like the fact that it had a kitchen and dishes. Did need oven mitts, but not a biggie compared to my actual disgust due to lack of disregard from management, but thats for a different comment

I have never been so DISREGARDED!!! The front desk was no help in regards to getting info for keys/door codes. All they could say is "they dont manage that unit", nor did they offer any info to find out who the correct person was to contact. I called the number on booking to get more info for the door code, etc & the property manager was unconcerned and very nonchalant. Not very helpful and vaguely rude. She told me the info should have been in my email. I kindly stated i never received it but was waiting for that info ever since the confirmation was received. She said the would send it again. Then low and behold, I received a completely new email with the door code(i.e., the one I never received) and a confirmation. I asked for directions to the elevator. Again she was short and very disregarding. Then on the second day, I called the number I called the previous day to ask for clean wash cloths & towels. The person that answered said that I had the wrong number, that not manage that unit (once again). REALLY!! I just spoke to you all yesterday. So i asked for the correct number. It was like pulling teeth to get information, i swear. I called that number & the one on the counter in case we need assistance at the property. No answer, left messages. Then finally after 3 hours i finally get the same lady I spoke with the day before. I asked for towels. She asked if there was not a washer & dryer in my unit. Of course I said NO. She said "I'll let someone in house keeping know and if youre not there, then we will leave them at the door". 2 more hours go by, still nothing. I sent a follow up text to the number & through booking. She responded in a vaguely rude text that "she said she would get someone to bring them, per our previous conversation". By then it was 2 or 3pm, &we wanted to get out & enjoy our trip and were tired of waiting so ended up using the ones from the day prior.

Location of the condo is central to alot of restaurants, bars, a liquor store and attractions. only a short drive to groceries and any other goods or restaurants you may want/need. They do have bikini bobs on site, which has ice drinks and basic foods, hot dogs, hamburgers and fried food.

The room itself was no show stopper it was mediocre, outdated shower water damage holes on the walls covered with trinkets to hide the damage. For 6 person room they only gave us a handful of towels. No washer or dryer in room. The mattress in the bedroom and sleeper should've been replaced neither were comfortable to lay or sleep on. Couch had stains. Only half the appliances in the room worked. We kept both doors closed the entire trip and the mugginess never went away room needs a dehumidifier. Ice maker doesn't work. They gave you an ice tray (1) so they know it doesn't work they clearly just don't care. It's like it's a condo taken over by a slumlord fix the absolute least to Maxime profit and try to cover up the as much as they can without fixing it.
