This listing is for a condo at The Summit Beach Resort, it's located right along the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches and within walking distance to great restaurants, a golf course, and other family attractions. The Summit Beach Resort offers guests onsite amenities such as two large swimming pools, Summit Tiki Bar, Summit Market, Bikini Bob’s Restaurant, hot tubs, picnic areas with grills, tennis courts, a basketball court, three shuffleboard courts, and a fitness center. During the Summer, kids can enjoy Resort Collection’s Adventure Zone activities onsite, including fan favorite Dive-In Movies on the pool deck at dusk. Each suite is fully furnished, providing all the comforts of home. The Summit is one of the biggest resorts and offers some of the best values on the beach.

These condos have three separate sleeping areas, Master Bedroom, Bunk Room Area with a door to the living room area, and the living area where the pull out couch is located. The view is absolutely breathtaking. There is a king bed in the Master, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and twin size bunk beds in the hall bunk room area. The unit sleeps 5 people very comfortably.
*Registration at the Summit is required. They charge a $27 registration fee which covers parking, and armbands for the pool and beach access.

I thought this place was great and the room was clean and decorated Beautifully! it had everything we needed and it was great beach view but I was disappointed that we couldn’t see the sunset from the balcony which was from the new TOOTSIE club being built, other than that amazing! We saw dolphins every day from balcony and beach! The water was extremely perfect and clear! The weather was perfect for our vacation we couldn’t have asked for better! I will definitely return and refer you to my friends and family! thank you so much! K and Family from Indiana

We stayed during spring break and loved the room and The Summit so much we booked for another week in July. Both stays were beautiful! The staff was so friendly and the room absolutely amazing! They have anything and everything you need even down to small things like board games for nights after crab hunting. Booking this room for 2026! Thank you for another magical stay in 206💖

The condo itself was great.However, if you plan to enjoy time on the balcony, be prepared for constant noise: hammering, sawing, and construction equipment beeping throughout the day. It made it impossible to relax.While I understand this isn’t the management company’s fault directly, it’s the kind of situation that should absolutely be disclosed in advance, especially when guests are paying premium rates.When I raised the concern via email, the response from the management company was dismissive and unhelpful.
