Very comfortable and well designed condo. Nicely decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. However, one of the bathroom sinks was clogged upon arrival. I notified the owner and he was very quick to respond to our text and address other concerns as well, but I guess he was unable to come and fix it during our stay. All in all a great place to have a beach vacation!

This condo was perfect. It was clean and a great view. Convienent with the far elevator also. Triston is a blessing. We needed a few basic kitchen items so I emailed him that evening and he was there first thing the next morning with what we needed and more. The only downfall is there is no washer and dryer. I would suggest removing the shelving in the half bath and put an economy size one there and hook to bathroom plumbing. Other than that, we will book again.

This condo is in the perfect location. Only 2 issues we had were the blinds for the patio doors. They did not close so the lights from the pool came through all night. During the day there is a glare on the tv.
The second issue was the top bunk. It will probably hold a child, but not a young adult.
I still recommend this condo. Check in and check out was so easy!! I also donated a 5-cup coffee maker and a 1 gallon pitcher.

The refrigerator was broken our entire stay. The food we brought went bad. In Tristin@Evolve(property manager) defense, he did contact me early to inform me, but I checked my voicemail a little too late. The owner did leave a $100 gift card and bottle of whine to compensate. Still very annoying having to use a cooler and restock food, but overall it was a good stay. This is the 2nd year we've booked this same room and will probably be back again. Also, bring your own towels...only 4 are given for the whole week and no one wants to spend their vacation on a laundry room.
