The villa is in the town of Pitsidia which is a lovely town with several Tavernas, a good supermarket, a butcher and a bakery. The local area is quiet but well located to visit the popular local beaches at Matala and Kalamaki. The beds and living areas (both inside and out) are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The pool is a good size and was very clean. The villa would be very family friendly with lots of toys and play equipment for children. Communication with Monica was good and she very kindly allowed us an early check-in on our arrival day.
Access to the on-site parking is a bit difficult with a standard (non 4X4) vehicle due to the deterioration of the roadway. However, there is a spacious parking area just next door in the church yard which worked perfectly.
