De ligging, echt aan het strand is heel fijn. De kamers zijn net vernieuwd. Goede, schone badkamer en nieuwe, echt wel wel dikke, comfortabele matrassen. Een fijn balkon, in dit geval aan de achterzijde, met zonnewering. In de ochtend zon en in de middag heerlijk koel. Het echtpaar en de hulp zijn heel hartelijk en behulpzaam waar nodig.

The owners Maria and Niko are EXCEPTIONAL! We were welcomed into this beachfront, family managed property (since 1971!) and enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach, restaurants and supermarkets are just around the corner and they provide beach gear for you to borrow. Clean room and towels every day, balcony overlooking the ocean with stunning sunset views, we raved about this property and after a month on Crete we look back at kiknos studios and Kalamaki as the highlight of our trip.

Good location and easy to park. Steps away from the beach and many tavernas.
Our room was directly opposite a bldg with a very bright light that stayed on all night. The sheer curtains did nothing to prevent light from coming in. Not sure why, but the top sheet of the bed was not on the bed, nor was it even visible. It wasn’t until our feet came into contact with it, did we realize there even was one.(???)
