Better communication from property manager required.

Property was clean and adequate for two people

We were not given instructions on getting the key. We were given a lockbox number only. I sent messages but no reply. I rang during the day with no reply. We arrived in the dark freezing cold and unable to find the lockbox and doubted that we were at the correct location. I eventually rang and left a message. I got a call back to be told the lockbox was around the back of the property on the back porch. We trudged through the snow to finally find it. Not a good experience at all especially with the amount we paid to stay there. There was no light in the kitchen so had to use my phone light to cook.

Bed and wifi excellent

A photo of the front of the apartment with number 16 shown and then arrow showing around the back would have made identification of apt much easier, I expected the key box at front door so this was confusing and so I looked for other Apts with a key box at front door, there are many similar Apts on the same site

Schöne ruhige Wohnung im UG mit kleiner Terrasse in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Wohnung hat viel Stauraum und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Fernseher und WLAN sind top.

Der Backofen war noch nicht gereinigt und auch sonst schien die letzte gründliche Reinigung länger her gewesen zu sein (Staub). Ausser einem Kehrbesen hat es leider keine Möglichkeit zwischendurch mal kurz den Boden zu putzen. Der Zugang zu einem Staubsauger wäre sehr hilfreich, zumal es in der Wohnung einen Teppichboden hat und wir unseren Hund dabei hatten.

Nichts

Dunkles Wohn- Schlafzimmer. Sofa durchgesessen , Küche keine Ablage für nasses Geschirr, kein Geschirrtuch , kein Licht im Küchen Bereich . Kein Tisch an dem man essen könnte . Mülltrennung wird erwünscht , aber nur ein ganz kleiner Abfallbehälter ist da . Wo der Abfall entsorgt wird , wurde er einen Abend vor der Abreise (22Uhr) bekannt gegeben . Terrasse extrem verdreckt .

Absolut NO GO

Wohnung ist auf dem ersten Blick komplett neu renoviert. Wenn man die Wohnungstür öffnet steigt einem aber sofort der feuchte nasse Keller Geruch in die Nase. Als wir am Sofa saßen und nach oben zur Decke schauten, sah man, daß hinter der Holzverkleidung der Außenwand der schwarze Schimmel hervor quoll. Wir waren ziemlich schockiert. Haben sofort Kontakt mit dem Vermieter aufgenommen und wurden innerhalb von 30 Minuten auf eine andere Ferienwohnung umgebucht. Die war top
