AlpenOase Schliersee Studio 1—Modern and Cozy at the Foot of the Alps

The Bavarian-style studio measures 22 m² and features a fully equipped kitchenette with brand-name appliances and kitchen utensils, a queen-size bed (170x200), a workspace with a TV, a sitting area with two armchairs and a small table, and a modern bathroom with a large rain shower.
The studio is equipped with a high-quality TV and a soundbar. The bed in the bedroom and the workspace both have wireless charging stations. A space cooler is available for warmer days.
Fruit, bottled water, a coffee maker, and a kettle with coffee pods and a variety of teas are provided for your convenience.
The closet contains plenty of hangers, an iron with an ironing board, and a step stool.

The apartment is an ideal destination for any season:

In winter, you can visit various ski resorts (Spitzingsee, Sudelfeld, Brauneck) around the village (the ski bus is within walking distance); there are cross-country ski trails; you can go ice skating or curling on frozen lakes; enjoy a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride; or try sledding downhill on one of the surrounding toboggan runs. Snowshoe hikes with a stop at an alpine hut are also possible. Or you can enjoy the Monte Mare swimming pool in town and spend a day swimming, sliding down the water slides, and relaxing in the wellness area.

In the summer, you can enjoy numerous recreational activities: mountain hiking at all difficulty levels, summer toboggan runs, climbing parks in the forest, swimming and boating in the surrounding lakes, bike tours, paragliding, festivals, and experiencing vibrant Bavarian culture. For children, there’s a wide range of activities around Schliersee: A boat tour across Schliersee, a beach with a restaurant and a large playground, a beach volleyball court, and a water trampoline, the Schliersbergalm (accessible by aerial cableway), mini-golf, a pool area, the Wasmeier Open-Air Museum, herb walks, pony rides, adventure playgrounds, go-karting, downhill karting at Spitzingsee, or a walk to the Josefstal Waterfalls (stroller-friendly). Lake Tegernsee is a 15-minute drive from Lake Schliersee, and much more.

Munich is only a 45-minute drive away or accessible via a direct train connection. Other interesting destinations, such as Salzburg (Austria) or Germany’s highest point—the Zugspitze—are easily accessible by car for a day trip and highly recommended.
