Beautiful cottage in a stunning location

We had no issues, Wifi did struggle to reach the far side of the house but that's a minor issue!!

Wonderful! If I'm ever in that part of the world I'd have no hesitation in booking again.

Lovely location, lovely property, lovely hosts and lovely little touches like the real flowers. Quiet and a little quirky but perfect for our stay. A great base for exploring that part of the world a close enough to Silverstone (as long as you have a car)

Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Very peaceful and relaxing. Property has everything you could possibly need and the host was amazing!

We had a fab stay whilst attending a wedding locally! Would definitely return.

The photos do not give the barn the justice it deserves. Beautiful views over the fields and countryside from lounge area. 2 good size bedrooms, both with en-suites. The place was spotlessly clean and loads of equipment for longer says. The barn took a little while to warm up (it has been exceptionally cold) but was perfect when at temperature.

Its nice, but the fact that its within the owners property should be made clear.

The property has a beautiful view of fields. You can walk out and do many long walks from here. The beds were very comfortable. Its well equiped. It has heating plus a beautiful electric fire. Large Tv with netflix.. Plenty of food in the fridge and freezer. parking on site available. Pets allowed, although do watch out for the resident dogs within the same property who mooch about on occasion ... You have to keep your dogs on leads at all times.

There is only one shower, and its in one of the bedrooms. So if you were to have 2 couples stay it could be a bit awkward. The shower could also do with a mat in it, as its VERY slippy. Entrance was awkward as the postcode brings you to a dead end. You in fact have to drive up to the owners electric gate, and it opens for you, as its a shared garden with the owners property. The property is then on the right. This should be made clear as sometimes people like to sit in a garden in private.

Peace and quiet in the countryside

Location was stunning. Great long dog walks to country pubs. Quiet and peaceful. Cozy barn with comfy beds, good coffee, dishwasher and smart TV.

Nearest shop (i forgot my toothbrush!) was about 10mins drive away. So remember everything! But that also lends itself to the seclusion.

Stunning accomodation, dog friendly and very welcoming.

We were so lucky to get this beautiful accomodation at late notice for Croperdy Festival. We have a dog who needed more shelter from the heat than a tent would allow! Victoria was so helpful - even supplying a dyson fan to keep us cool. Deerpark Barn is simply stunning, the hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need. It was impecably clean, in a stunning location with a lovely garden and secure parking. Loved the extras (Netflix, dog bed, dishwasher, games, books etc!). We will book again and cannot reccomend highly enough.

The wasnt a thing that we didnt like - loved every minute of our stay.

It was a convenient location for the event that we were attending. The hostess was very welcoming and very helpful in getting us settled in. A plumbing problem was attended to promptly. Our dogs were made welcome.

There was no property name sign outside to identify the property.

Restful, comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

The barn was well equipped and very comfortable. It felt like a home from home. The setting is absolutely spectacular with stunning views out across the rolling countryside. Our two boys (10 +7) loved exploring the garden and meeting the resident pugs. Victoria was extremely welcoming. We’d only booked a two night stay but would have happily stayed longer and explored the area more.

very cosy and well equipped and with the most stunning garden and terrace were we enjoyed many hours watching the Deer in the spring sunshine.
