Comfortable space with good facilities, private location and reasonably quiet. very clean and tidy on entry, with comprehensive instructions and friendly communication by host. Property was nice and warm on arrival, which is really welcoming.

Getting to the parking in the dark was a little tricky, but manageable. Outside lighting around the property could be better, needed to use my phone to see the key code and keyhole on the door. Outside the front door the paving is a bit uneven and very slippery, especially on the sloped parts.

Great location, lovely host, just a shame so uncomfortable

Location was great, self check in was straightforward and well explained. Elizabeth was very good at updating us. The flat is spacious and had everything we needed.

It smelt of stale smoke and was musty when we entered. The bed was not comfortable and as a result we didn't sleep well. My husband ended up moving to the sofa in the middle of the night, which was more comfortable.

perfectly clean, the property had everything we needed to facilitate us in cooking and cleaning up after ourselves. bed was comfortable and extra blankets provided if we needed them. small additions like cleaning wipes and cooking oil were very helpful and the location is great as it was close enough to town to be able to pop on but not close enough for it to be noisy at the weekend! host also helped with directions to the property and a slightly earlier check in and later check out which was very helpful!

Location was perfect for our needs.

Lack of seating, if visitors came only 1 additional seat. There was no table only a wall mounted flap. Some of the crockery was not particularly clean. The bed whilst comfortable, was extremely creaky when moving in it. The fridge was extremely small. A very large kitchen which was sparsely equipped.

Property met our expectations and satisfied our requirements. Host was extremely helpful.

The property met our needs as a base to hub and spoke from Rugby to Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham and Tamworth. Being able to provide our own breakfasts and do a load of washing was a real bonus. Whilst we used train transport the availability of off street parking is a real plus. The host was excellent and extremely helpful.

Have no complaints or anything negative to say about the property as it satisfied all our requirements.

Great little flat on the edge of the town centre. Had everything we needed for our one night stay - Kitchen was well equiped for those that would want to cook etc ( we didn't) Communication by the host Elizabeth was clear and concise, and the location was exceptional - would reccomend

Very quiet and conveniently-located accommodation with everything you need for a nice stay

Very detailed instructions from the host about how to find the property. Lots of lovely touches, like toys for the children and extra toiletries. Internet TV - which isn't always a given in holiday accommodation, even in this day and age. Lovely and quiet (slept extremely well!) Small bit of outdoor space - which would be lovely in summer. Just a ten minute walk from the town centre, and good cooking facilities if you don't want to go out for dinner. Will rebook for sure. Thanks Elizabeth!

Would love a slightly thicker duvet on the bed for the winter months, as it was a particularly cold day when I stayed - though some blankets were provided under the bed.
