Lovely Find

Easy walking distance from the conference I was attending at the Valamer hotel chain. 5 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk and a 30 minute walk down to the marina. Very clean and had good self contained facilities Little shop next to the accommodation and able to pick up little pieces for dinner etc

It didn't have a gym or pool but with the sea five e minutes away it didn't matter

A good base to see Dubrovnik and the islands. Very comfortable and quiet.

A well appointed apartment with a nice, large shared garden space. The bus to Dubrovnik Old Town was a few minutes walk away as were local shops and the beaches. The property is next to a large camper van site but this was quiet and offered a few useful facilities including a small shop and ATM.

We liked that is was very close to the beach and was very quiet at night

There was a funny smell as you came through the lobby and with the door being glass, it made the whole apartment bright at night time, so would recommend putting a sheet up in front so it makes it less bright.

Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik

Parking lot and good location, not too far from the bus stops and the marina. The apartment was exceptionally clean and well arranged. The hostess was very kind and she had prepared a map for us with recommendations for various types of restaurants, places to see, etc. The fish restaurant that she recommended was exceptional.

Only the price I didn't like, but it's normal and even low for Dubrovnik. Everything else was perfect.

Relaxing accommodation lead by an adorable host

Actually our host made the difference! We were looking for a nice and relaxing accommodation to come down and that's definitely what we found here. It was great to meet Paula and get further intel of this beautiful city! She gave us many hints where to go and what to do. Like that we could get the most out of our 2 nights in Dubrovnik. However above all of this, it was just marvelous to talk to her and laugh together. She's adorable and anyone who is looking for a more personal treatment is here at the right place!

Super informative host and great location

Location was perfect, nice and quiet and only 5 min walk from the beach. Old Town was only a 10 min bus ride which run every 10 mins. Host was very welcoming and full of information

Schönes & sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment.

Extrem gut ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes & großes Apartment mit schönem Gemeinschaftsgarten. Bett ebenfalls sehr bequem. Mit dem Taxi waren wir in 10-15min bei der Altstadt von Dubrovnik.

Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Waschmaschine, da diese das Wasser nicht ordentlich abgepumpt hat & die Wäsche deshalb noch ziemlich nass war, als wir sie aufhängten. Wir schilderten den Gastgebern das Problem, aber da diese nur sehr schlecht Englisch sprechen, haben sie unser Problem leider nicht verstanden & wir haben es dann so hingenommen. Ansonsten war alles super.

Calme, à 8 min à pieds des belles plages et à 10 min du centre en taxi. Paula est très accueillante et nous a donné des très bonne adresses … on aurait du y rester plus longtemps !

Precioso Apartamento y una anfitriona de 10

El apartamento es precioso, limpio y completo con todo lo necesario. Nada más llegar, Paula nos atendió muy amablemente, nos informó de todas las necesidades y dudas y nos recomendó distintos lugares turísticos, transporte, restaurantes. Tiene una zona ajardinada justo al salir de la habitación que te llena de paz y tranquilidad, está muy bien cuidado por los propietarios. Hay una tortuguita monísima que juega a la pelota. La zona es tranquila y hay una playa muy bonita a 5 minutos andando. Teníamos coche de alquiler y lo pudimos aparcar sin problema en la entrada de los apartamentos. Si vuelvo a Dubrovnik, sin duda volveré a este apartamento.

La senyal de Wi-Fi podría mejorar, pero sin inconvenientes.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Sehr sauberes und großes Apartment mit schöner Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Garten (für alle Gäste). Bis auf die in der Beschreibung erwähnte Waschmaschine ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Paula ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die uns viele Tipps gegeben hat und jederzeit erreichbar ist.
