Bel appartement lumineux, moderne et confortable à 20mn en bus de la vieille ville. Arrêt d’autobus très proche. Bonne literie. Bien équipé.
Les travaux de construction en bas de l’immeuble.

Mario made it very clear where everything was. The apartment had everything we needed and Mario gave us in depth instructions on how to get to stores, restaurants, beaches etc. All were situated close to the apartment as we mostly walked to get to these places. We are very thankful to have had such a wonderful host!
The only thing, as a suggestion, is we like to have a broom to sweep up a bit. But that is only something few people would prefer. There was however a vacuum we were able to use in the apartment.

Luckily, the apartment is in a house, where you do not need to go by stairs as it is common in the city centre! The views of sunsets and sunrises are amazing from bedroom and balcony. The host provided beach towels in addition to regular ones, which was very useful. Apartment as well as facilities were clean.
Nothing to mention here.

Everything is alright. Walking distance 15 mins to Valamar Hotel for my business trip and 15 mins to Lapad area for restaurants. There is a convenience store in 5 mins walking distance. The room just like the photos.
