that we finally got in

Apoartement agréable mais la peur des squatters des proprietaires a pris le dessus et nous a flingué

Appartement propre et agreable

13 mails en 2 jours avec sur le premier "nous espérons que vous avez passé un agréable séjour " on y est pas encore... 3 paiements différents en nous disant au premier qu'on a plus rien a payer. Et sauf erreur de ma part les 150 euros de caution ne sont pas indiqué lors de la resa. Le tambourinage lunaire a la porte le soir des proprietaires agressifs qui remette en doute notre parole. Erreur d'appartement mais la boite a clé s'est ouverte, comment pouvons nous le savoir.... Le click clac defoncé. Joyeux Noël et belle année !

Fonctionnel

Appartement fonctionnel avec deux grandes chambres. Très facile de se garer. La clim du salon refroidit bien les chambres en laissant les portes ouvertes.

Passer par la chambre enfants pour aller aux toilettes; A pied, ce n'est pas si loin du centre, mais ce n'est pas non plus une jolie promenade. Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner la caution, mais en envoyant un mail ils ont résolu le problème.

Siamo entrati nell'appartamento e subito ci siamo resi conto della fregatura Siamo tornati a casa.

Sulla una finestra della casa era presente un vaso da fiori pieno di cicche di sigaretta e l'appartamento e' per non fumatori. Divano nella sala vecchio e rovinato sui braccioli con la similpelle che si stacca. Pavimento dell'angolo cottura molto rovinato Bisognerebbe rinfrescare il locale WC perche' sporco ed obsoleto. Doccia molto grande ma non pulita bene nelle fuga delle piastrelle c'e' la muffa Scala di accesso troppo ripida. Appartamento non convincente e privo di arredi. Quartiere degradato. Forse quel tipo di appartamento va bene per un gruppo di ragazzi che non vogliono confort e pulizia profonda.

Tout est parfait. Propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. Appartement très lumineux , bien équipé, propre. la petite cour est un plus bien agréable. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous recommandons.
