Surprisingly good. Parking a little tight but we managed. Very clean and well managed with little touches that made it a pleasure. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to ensure it is welcoming, and very clean.

Great for a short stay. Would use again

Parking was easy behind the property. Was near shops etc and a good restaurant. Great big fridge and lots of kitchen equipment and bottle of water. Good communication from owners.

Hard to get shower to comfortable temperature and only two coffee pods provided, four would have been good or a message to say what sort of pods to bring, so much choice these days.

Super city accommodations in St. Omer

Superb accommodations with great amenities. Cozy and very comfortable. Great parking. Washer/dryer. Close to a great local bakery. 10-15 minute walk to central city. Very very nice.

Good overnight stop

Right in the centre of St Omer easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Off street parking Apartment was very clean. Easy to reach from the Shuttle Terminal, great for an overnight stopover

There are lots of apartments in the block rented by same company, I don't think we were allocated the actual one I booked. Furniture was a bit tired

A most enjoyable stay with no major issues to report.

Small but perfectly fine for a few days. The layout was good both inside and outside the apartment. It was well appointed and all well maintained. Parking was great.

There was nothing to complain over regarding the property. Our only issue was that the key-box # that we were given, did not open the box. I sent a message to the number provided for any issues and never received a response. We sorted this out with the help of one of the cleaning staff, who came to our aid, thankfully.

Super apartment, very responsive hosts.

Location good, a short walk into the town. Apartment was clean, large and airy, even a dishwasher and access to a washing machine. Very, very quiet. Lots of parking, maybe at other times it could get busy but it was only about half full for our stay. Finally the hosts were at great pains to make sure we had all the instructions prior to arrival. I have been to many places and never had such attentive hosts.

Please could we have a kettle! Didn’t matter too much as we could boil water on the stove.

Location down a side road about 8 minutes walk from the central shopping/eating area of St Omer. Liked the fact it had off street parking with camera security.

Nice bright studio with free parking

Easy to find, nice big studio with windows on each side, nicely decorated, everything we needed was there, kind touches (mini treats and water available), free parking on the premises, short walk into town.

The instructions we received for collecting the keys were incorrect or out of date - in fact in our case the keys were not in a lock box outside, we had to go inside, up the stairs to the door of the flat. We found it in the end so no harm done :)

Bit of a disaster to start

The apartment we ended up in was clean and quiet

We arrived and the key was not in the key safe outside. Luckily there was someone on site to open the door, to our horror there was someone elses clothes, suitcase inside, we had been allocated an apartment that was already occupied. We were on the 2nd floor with no lift and a lot of cases! We asked for another room obviously preferably one on the ground floor, they wanted more money, bit of a joke as we hadn't got an apartment! They eventually gave us a ground floor apartment at the same cost when I said I wanted my money back. Not secure really!

Off street parking is very useful. Access is easy and does not require any 'checking-in' so very flexible. Very easy/pleasant walk into centre of town for restaurants etc.

Great to be able to check in at 2pm. Facilities and location were great and parking a real bonus

Great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Private parking is great and it was very quiet at night. Kitchenette had everything you needed including coffee pods a bottle of water, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

I had not received the email with the correct code but it was soon sorted out by the host and his very helpful housekeeper. Email isn’t always reliable and it may have gone into my spam!

Good size accommodation, an easy and short walk into town. Owner gave very easy and comprehensive instructions on gaining access. Thoughtful extra touches provided: madeleines and sweets in the kitchen.

Great value for money and a superb apartment.

It was great to have the whole apartment instead of one room. The apartment was great value for money, good location, nicely decorated and thoughtful touches: coffee pods, biscuits and water, private parking a big advantage. Information from Aude, very helpful.

If I have to find a criticism, the pillows were rather soft, but not a big issue.

It was a great weekend. We met some very nice locals while watching the England France World Cup game in the Spey River

Great location, modern interior excellent price. Easy parking though the local streets are a bit tricky to navigate! Perfect for a weekend away in lovely St Omer!

The bathroom was freezing when we arrived. the towel radiator is the only heat source and it was turned off on arrival. I only found it the next morning and it took all day to warm up. Even then the bathroom was not warm but this was in December and it was sub zero outside. The main room in the flat was nice and warm on arrival and was very comfortable. On the whole it’s a great facility and I will definitely consider using again.
