Een grote teleurstelling,nog nooit meegemaakt

De omgeving

De volledige accommodatie voldoet op geen enkel vlak aan de Belgische basis normen wat betreft verhuur. De volledige keukenuitrusting is gewoon smerig . Deze locatie heeft een VOLLEDIGE renovatie nodig Deze locatie zou onmiddellijk zijn vergunning tot verhuring moeten worden ontnomen. Dat je dat nog te huur aanbied getuigd echt van slechte wil en geen respect tegenover de huurders.

Purtroppo deludente

Posizione ottima. Host gentile e disponibile purtroppo non presente al nostro arrivo. La disposizione della casa (spaziosa) su due livelli molto apprezzata. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. Parcheggio comodissimo e sempre disponibile.

La casa aveva un cattivo odore al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo lasciato aperte le finestre per svariate ore. Le pulizie sono state fatte in maniera scadente. I pavimenti erano sporchi. I cestini della spazzatura erano tutti pieni (immagino degli ospiti che ci hanno preceduti) e non erano stati svuotati. Per due bagni vi era un solo rotolo di carta igienica di scorta. Gli altri già presente in bagno erano quasi finiti. Sia in bagno sia in cucina sono stati lasciati degli stracci sporchi e di cattivo odore. Le tovagliette da utilizzare come sotto piatto erano tutte sporche e macchiate. Con un po' di attenzione si sarebbero potuti evitare questi inconvenienti.

Nous recommandons malgré des améliorations possibles

Maison spacieuse, bien située en centre ville de Saint-Hubert proche magasins, restaurant, parc à gibiers, ... Livret d'accueil bien expliqué et brochures pour les visites à faire dans le coin, idées randonnée, etc... Rapport qualité prix bon compte tenu de la taille de la maison et l'emplacement, avec notamment parking gratuit juste devant la porte Un baby foot dans le salon qui a donné un peu d'animation en plus

Ce chapitre est long surtout parce que j'aime donner des détails pour des améliorations et on va dire que tout ces aspects enlèvent seulement 2 points + 1 point sur le côté vieillissant et autres mini détails non mentionnés (d'où la note de 7/10) : 1) Le plafond trop bas au niveau de la montée d'escalier pas suffisamment signalé d'avance, j'ai réagit à la dernière seconde pour éviter de me fracasser la tête sur le plafond en montant l'escalier. 2) Manque de lumière suffisante dans le salon, même sans avoir besoin de lunettes, impossible de lire pendant la nuit les brochures mises à disposition, il faut aller dans la salle à manger mieux éclairée... De plus canapé 3 places seul pour une maison 5 personnes ce n'est pas assez... 3) Bruit la nuit avec voitures et certaines motos, difficile de dormir fenêtres ouvertes (il faisait 29 degrés les jours de notre séjour, pas de chance, peu recommandable les jours les plus chauds de l'été) 4) Propreté (surtout sol cuisine, en marchant en chaussettes ou pieds nus comme on avait oublié nos chaussons, on avait les pieds sales rapidement, on dirait que la serpillère n'a pas été passée ?), il y avait une capsule usagée dans la Dolce Gusto, et un des petits chiffons de la cuisine sentais déjà mauvais (même sans être visuellement sale) Pour autant malgré la longueur de ce chapitre ça reste un endroit où on imaginerai revenir une prochaine fois, car avec ce rapport qualité-prix-emplacement nous RECOMMANDONS cet endroit pour des séjours courts et hors saison chaude et si vous n'avez pas prévu de passer du temps en famille dans le salon avec son unique canapé 3 places et son manque de lumière une fois la nuit tombée.

Gedateerd onhygiënisch onderkomen

Het dorp en de omgeving zijn de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor al het moois wat de ardennen te bieden heeft.

Het huis is ernstig gedateerd, onhygiënisch en vies. De foto's spreken voor zich. Er zit schimmel in de gordijnen, stof en spinnenwebben zijn overal aanwezig. Het behang laat los van de muren, de vloer zit onder de vlekken en er zijn gaten in de muren. De lijst is nog langer. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is ronduit schandalig. De vraag is: heeft dit überhaupt iets met hospitality te maken?

Prima, paar verbeter puntjes

Locatie perfect. Prima bedden. Complete inrichting.

Als je met 5 volwassenen bent, kan je niet met z'n allen zitten in de woonkamer. Ik heb een grote pluk haren uit de afvoer van de douche gehaald. Het water liep heel langzaam weg. Erg veel stof onder de bedden.
