Considering the price worst value for money.

Departure

No linen in one room, wrong linen in two rooms. Pan in cooker disgusting, broken scissors. Mould in small room. No hot water in the morning Hot tub was cold and would have taken two hours to heat! Four weeks and we still do not have our deposit returned inspite of much chasing.

Shortest stay I’ve ever had, didn’t even get through the front door.

Didn’t manage to get in the property. Didn’t realise until arriving that the owners required a €200 deposit by bank transfer only before they would provide access to the key code. I tried contacting the owners but no reply. I tried transferring the €200 but since it was classed as an international transfer it was going to take a while to show. Plus the mobile phone signal was non existent outside the property so I couldn’t complete the transaction. It was approaching 7:30pm and getting dark so had no other choice but to cancel and pay a fee and we found another property up the road which turned out to be fantastic. I can only assume the owners have had a lot of trouble in the past hence the €200 deposit required. However I wasn’t too comfortable bank transferring that anyway as I’ve used booking.com countless times around Europe and never been asked to back transfer direct to the owner before. Unfortunately I can’t review the property itself. But from the hassle we had late at night and no response from the owners it’s the worst experience I’ve had with booking.com or any other platform for that matter. I’ve been pestered twice now to leave a review. I was just not going to leave one, but here it is and hopefully it will help the owners understand the frustration their process can cause. Would I recommend, with the current set up, absolutely not.

Ok but could be better.

Ok place to stay for the night but don't expect too much.

5 of us had to do with only half a roll of toilet paper and 4 towels. There were a lot of flies in the living room where 2 of us slept. The bedrooms were very hot. We only had one small kitchen towel which was soaked pretty quickly, so the dishes were still in the dishwasher upon checkout, which cost us 15 euros of the deposit. We feel a bit robbed seeing as we had to watch out not to use too much toilet paper so the next one could do something basic as pee. Seems like the bare minimum, no?

Peaceful Place in the Country

This is a really cute little house. We stayed for one night in Oct. 2022. Two adults and three kids (11, 7, 3). There are two rooms upstairs, twin beds and then a queen (I think). The bathroom is upstairs. Great heater. Great kitchen. Living room was nice too. The stairs are extremely steep and narrow (no rail really either). And with the bathroom upstairs, you'll definitely need to be able to go up there, so I would not recommend this for anyone with mobility issues. It's a peaceful little place.

La hauteur des toilettes, c'est très haut pour le standard 😂 Gérer une caution après une réservation, est toujours une charge mentale et stressante. Mais j'ai bien reçu 2-3 jours après la caution sur mon compte, aucun soucis.

Matig verblijf

De hottube, en de gezelligheid van de openhaard.

De verwarming werkte niet op de palletkachel waardoor we gans ons verblijf hout hebben gestookt om het warm te krijgen. Was toen -8 s nachts aan het vriezen. Het toilet hangt te hoog waardoor je een opstapje nodig hebt en zeker niet aan te raden voor zes volwassenen. Wij waren met vier en dat was net genoeg. De afwerking in het algemeen .Als ze het opknappen lijkt het me een leuk huisje.

Oneerlijke verhuurder

Wij boekten Le Lurcon via Booking.com, onder meer omdat er een hottub werd vermeld. Bij een extra check nog voor het verblijf bleek er geen hottub te zijn, want wij hadden al zo’n vermoeden, hoewel dit nog steeds in de advertentie staat. We ontdekten bovendien dat dit probleem al in 2023 werd gemeld door andere gasten — dus het is duidelijk dat Booking en de verhuurder hiervan op de hoogte zijn. De verhuurder beloofde ons een terugbetaling nog voor ons verblijf, maar dat gebeurde nooit. Ondertussen hadden wij al iets anders gevonden. We stelden een compromis voor om het andere huisje (met hottub) te huren op een andere datum , maar hij verdubbelde de prijs. Nadien reageerde hij niet meer op e-mails, telefoontjes of WhatsApp-berichten. De communicatie was ronduit onbeleefd en onprofessioneel. We boeken al jaren via Booking.com, maar zo’n ervaring hebben we nog nooit gehad. Wanneer je de reviews leest, blijkt dat meerdere gasten dezelfde problemen hebben ondervonden. Jammer dat een misleidende en oneerlijke verhuur als deze nog steeds op Booking te vinden is.

Tegenvaller voor ons helaas. Veel Achterstallig onderhoud, huisje zonder hottub geboekt, geen cv en veel tocht . Bedden

Vriendelijke eigenaar, compleet huisje. Parkeren kon makkelijk voor de deur.

Achterstallig onderhoud, ouderwets en kan een (grote) goede renovatie gebruiken. Wij dachten de hottub geboekt te hebben maar helaas het verkeerde huisje geboekt blijkbaar dus geen hottub. Ook geen cv in de woning en erg veel tocht/kou. HoutKachel kregen we niet lekker aan en sloot niet goed dus eerste uur zijn we uitgerookt …Niet echt een sfeervolle ligging aan een weg zonder uitzicht .

Heel knus en gezellig.

Knus huisje, geen centrale verwarming maar met de palletkachel en houtkachel kom je niets tekort.

Omgeving heeft wat weinig faciliteiten. Wandelroutes prima met de Komoot app. Booking.com wat misleidend omdat de foto's van de 2 huisjes door elkaar gebruikt worden. Wij meenden een hottub te hebben, maar dit was dus helaas niet zo. Dit heeft de verhuurder overigens wel direct besproken met ons. Dus waren we niet verrast bij aankomst.

Ma klimat starego domu

Drzwi zewnętrzne sie nie domykały, skrzypiące schody, komunikacja z gospodarzem bardzo słaba. Gospodarze doliczyli nam dodatkowa opłatę za 1 szklankę włożona do zlewu w wysokości 40 euro! Sam nocleg bardzo drogi w porównaniu do jakości miejsca. Ogólnie nie polecam tego miejsca i komunikacji z gospodarzami. Uwazam, że płacąc ponad 150euro za nocleg oczekuję minimum. Bardzo nie polecam tego gospodarza.

Reconnaissance pour un séjour longue durée en groupe

Avril 2025 - La situation géographique et la place de parking pour la voiture. Cuisine spacieuse, bien équipée, claire et seule pièce de la maison que l'on peut chauffer (pellets) assez rapidement.

Notre appréciation concerne "Le Lurçon" Pas d'emplacement pour sécuriser les vélos. Difficulté de chauffer l'ensemble du logement et les contraintes liées à l'utilisation des poêles à bois et pellets (nettoyage quotidien par exemple). Mobilier vétuste et inconfortable (divan et lits séparés). Evier de SDB peu pratique.

Heerlijk ontspannen en ontsnappen aan alle drukte

Het huisje heeft een fijne sfeer en ligt heerlijk in een rustig gebied. De hottub is een aangenaam extraatje. Dat de hond vrij kan rondlopen in de goed omheinde tuin is perfect.

Er mag wel wat onderhoudt plaats vinden. Het zijn vooral kleine dingen.

Leuk en aangenaam verblijf.

Handige en complete keuken, houtgestookt hottub was aangenaam, goed en rustig gelegen. Vriendelijke en heel behulpzame eigenaars.

Toilet mag iets lager hangen en douche werkte niet. Maar door het bad konden we ons toch wel wassen.

De hottub was top

De hottub was een schot in de roos voor de kinderen. Huisje was schoon en had alles wat nodig was. Heel fijn ook dat lakens en handdoeken aanwezig waren. Het huisje was netjes en ook goed geïsoleerd.

De hoge hoogte van het toilet, gelukkig was er een opvouwbaar trapje aanwezig.

We moesten wennen maar uiteindelijk hebben we het naar ons zin gehad.

De keuken met de uitgebreide inrichting .

Kwaliteit bedden en meubels in de huiskamer met name de bank en stoeltjes. En het feit dat we na ruim 2 weken nog geen borg hebben terug ontvangen terwijl dat wel in de voorwaarden staat bij de boeking .

Aangenaam en rustig verblijf

De uitgebreide keukenfaciliteiten, de gratis parking aan de accommodatie, het tv-aanbod en streamingdiensten, de pellet kachel, de voorzieningen.

Om de voordeur te openen moet je weten dat de hendel eerst naar boven dient gehouden te worden alvorens je de deur in het slot kan draaien. Dit staat niet beschreven in de handleiding. Het zou handig zijn om dit mee te geven met huurders.
