Very good

A clean house with a big garden and a cosy hut next to the hot tub. Ideal for family's cause parking is right in front of the house on the main road in Libin. Upper room in the attic had three beds and was a great place for the kids. Caroline is a kind and welcoming host.

Just as an advice: basics need to be brought by the guests: bedlinnen, bath-and kitchentowels, etc. If you're arriving in the evening and planning to cook: don't forget to bring baking oil. A small drawback: latest check out is at 10 am which is not ideal if you're just spending the weekend.

Heerlijk ontspannen in een comfortabel huis!

Alles was perfect! Een warm onthaal door de gastvrouw die zelfs Nederlands sprak voor ons (kom je niet vaak tegen!). Alles werd goed uitgelegd. Het huis was proper en alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig. We gingen er heen met onze hond, de volledig afgesloten tuin was dus ook een groot pluspunt. De hottub was zalig, er werd meer dan genoeg hout voorzien om deze vlot warm te krijgen/houden. De ligging van het huis is ook ideaal, vlakbij een bakker, slager en Spar. En heel wat mooie wandelingen in de buurt. Wij komen heel graag nog eens terug!

Zalig kersttripje in de Ardennen

Het huisje was super proper, voorzien van alle gemakken, de verhuurster is een heel vriendelijke persoon die enorm haar best doen om Nederlands en Engels te praten. Ze hadden zelfs de moeite genomen om de kerstboom te zetten en kerstversiering op te hangen! De hot tub was zalig. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en komen zeker nog eens terug.

Proper huisje in mooie wandelomgeving.

Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, proper huisje, grote tuin met hot tub, bakkers en restaurants vlakbij en een prachtige streek om te wandelen.

Aankomstuur is redelijk laat en vertrekuur vrij vroeg, waardoor we voor een midweek eigenlijk maar 3 volle dagen ter plaatse waren om iets te gaan doen.

Domek był przestronny i bardzo czysty – to duży plus. Dużo miejsca, idealne na rodzinny wyjazd.

Było sporo ukrytych kosztów, o których dowiedzieliśmy się dopiero po rezerwacji. Wymiana wody w bani kosztuje aż 60€. Jeśli gość nie posprząta samodzielnie, właściciel może zrobić to za dodatkowe 60€. Odkurzacz był prawie niesprawny, a w domku brakowało mopa. Pościel i ręczniki również są dodatkowo płatne – co naszym zdaniem powinno być jasno zaznaczone wcześniej.

De slaapbank zou vervangen moeten worden door een bed. In de ruimte kan dit perfect, waardoor je met 6 pers ook comfortabel kunt slapen. Comfortabele zitstoelen in de tuin.

Het huis heeft alle basisvoorzieningen die je nodig hebt voor een aangenaam verblijf. De haard in de living was een zeer aangename meerwaarde. De keuken. Slaapkamers en badkamer zijn prima in orde. De grote en mooie (volledig en goed) omheinde tuin zijn ideaal om een hondje mee te nemen. Doordat je het eerste deel van de tuin kan afsluiten behoudt je altijd het overzicht. De schaapjes en kippen op het eind van de tuin geven het geheel nog net dat tikkeltje meer charme. Er is gelegenheid om te barbecueën en een grote overdekte ruimte achteraan waar je fijn droog en uit de wind kan zitten. De hottub is een absolute meerwaarde. Ook hiervoor is alles voorzien. Wij hadden een heel fijn verblijf en de kinderen vonden de zolderkamer voor hun 3tjes absoluut geweldig. Het huisje ligt vlak bij de autostrade en in de buurt heb je alles wat nodig is op wandel afstand. Bakker, slager, restaurantjes, apotheek en buurtwinkel, je kan het allemaal vinden. Tot slot hadden wij een heel fijn contact met de gastvrouw Caroline. Alles wordt netjes uitgelegd, ze gaf ons nog enkele tips over dingen die er in de buurt te doen waren en hoewel ze aangaf “maar” een beetje Nederlands te spreken deed ze dat absoluut prima! Een hele dikke dankjewel aan deze fantastische gastvrouw!

Het enige minpuntje dat ik zou kunnen bedenken is dat de slaapzetel niet heel comfortabel is om langere tijd op te slapen. Voor onze 4 dagen was het te doen en dit weet je natuurlijk als je boekt! Waarom ik het toch vermeld is omdat de slaapzetel erg laag bij de grond is en mij niet geschikt lijkt voor mensen met rugproblemen oid.

excellent séjour

très belle maison, super équipée, très propre, grand jardin....

Het was een super midweek en waren zeer relax. Alle dagen super genoten van de hottub.

Het ontvangt door Caroline was super, ze sprak ons zelfs aan in het Nederlands. Ze gaf zeer goede uitleg en maakte tijd voor ons alvorens te vertrekken en we konden Caroline steeds bereiken indien nodig. De tuin en de hottub waren zeker een pluspunt. Alles was aanwezig, zelfs voldoende hout voor de kachel en de hottub. We mochten zelfs de BBQ gebruiken, houtskool en aansteekblokjes waren voor ons aanwezig. Het huis was kraakproper.

Een klein min puntje was de WIFI. niet in het hele huis beschikbaar of heel zwak, maar ja je bent op vakantie, dus WIFI is niet het belangrijkste
