Amazing views, cozy room, helpful host

Beautiful location, private terrace, good parking, bus stop nearby. Easy to reach Soelden, Innsbruck and other scenic locations when traveling by car. Fully equipped kitchen. The host was attentive and dealt with issues promptly.

Bed could have been a bit more comfy, as it was in an alcove, but otherwise ok.

Perfect! We felt like home

Amazing apartment - we felt like home: - The most important thing to mention is that I never slept in such a quiet accommodation - The host offered us free upgrade, but the entire building looked very good and it was clean - The apartment has 2 TVs and the owner offers free Netflix and Disney + - Very very clean everything - The kitchen was well equipped, you had everything you need and it looked new - The apartment was well designed, we appreciated the furniture and the space - The pillow is one of the best I tried. It warms you up, but you don't sweat - Private parking lot - Ski room separate - We had access to the garden - They have underfloor heating (which is more than perfect) and in the bathroom they also have a radiator - The view is amazing (see the photo below) - The smell was ok - The bathroom has the most efficient ventilation systems I've ever experienced in an accommodation - The building recycle selectively - For check in they will send a message with the code for the key box. Everything went smooth for both, check in and check out - The location for us was perfect - 20 minutes by car to Soelden, 3 minutes to the Aqua dome, the bus station is 2 minutes walk from the building, around the area you have also places for snow walking or hiking (just check the otztal website or discover by yourself) - The internet was very good

As I mentioned above, everything was perfect, so I just can make some recommendations (but these shouldn't be taken as low points): - I recommend to offer 2 sets of towels for longer stays - More tablets for the dishwasher will be welcomed - More garbage bags will be also welcomed

Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Klein keukentje. De bedden zijn goed en de douche was fantastisch. De ruimte was wel een beetje klein. Gelukkig waren we de hele dag buiten.

De ruimte is wel een beetje klein voor wat je ervoor moet betalen.

Wir haben die Zeit in Ihrem Apartment sehr genossen.

Super Lage. Geräumig, gute Aufteilung. Sehr sauber. Nette Gastgeber, sehr verständnisvoll, top organisiert. Großer Skiraum. Helle Wohnung.

Wirklich alles super. Nur ein kleiner Tipp: In der Küche würden sich noch 2 etwas größere Schüsseln gut machen um zB Salat oder etwas anderes zuzubereiten. Und die Matratzen sind etwas zu weich.

Perfekt für einen Ski-Girlstrip.

Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Da wir tagsüber Ski fahren waren und nur abends in der Unterkunft waren, hat die Größe vollkommen ausgereicht. (Apartment für zwei Personen Burgstein)

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Der Code zum Schließfach mehr als pünktlich zugeschickt, sodass man flexibel anreisen konnte. Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet bei Rückfragen. Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft, vollkommen ausreichend für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass man auch in der Zeit richtig kochen kann. Besonders hat mir der Blick aus dem Fenster oder der Ausblick von der Terrasse direkt auf die Berge gefallen.

Leider ist über dem Bett eine Lüftung angebracht und diese lief auch nachtsüber, sodass man mit einem leichten Schlaf immer wieder durch die Geräusche der Lüftung wach geworden ist.

Topmodernes Apartment in ruhiger Lage mit Skibusanschluß um die Ecke

Die Lage mit dem kurzen Fußweg zur Skibushaltestelle war hervorragend. Die Einrichtung der Apartments war ebenfalls sehr praktisch und ansprechend. Der Skikeller mit den Skischuhwärmen war sehr gut eingerichtet. Der große Balkon ist auch sehr schön um sein Kaltgetränk nach dem Skifahren zu genießen.

Was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat: - die Qualität des Kochbestecks, also der Plastiklöffel, etc., diese waren so instabile das man diese nur bedingt verwenden konnte. Hier könnte man schnell Abhilfe schaffen, indem man z.B. einfaches Kochbesteck aus Holz bereitstellt. Das hat ebenfalls den Vorteil die Pfannen nicht zu zerkratzen und ist deutlich stabiler - die Kopfkissen waren sehr weich ebenso wie die Matratze, das ist sicherlich meine subjektive Meinung kann auch Personengeben, die das mögen :-) - das es keine Topflappen gab, bzw. wir keine gefunden haben

Erg netjes en schoon. Ruime zitkamer, lekker bedden en badkamers. Erg fijne plek om te verblijven. ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht maar het wel af.

Er waren geen thee glazen, alleen koffie kopjes.

Heerlijke accomodatie op kwartier van de piste

Het appartement was heerlijk, de slaapbank iets minder. Wij waren voor een skivakantie, de skibus stopt heerlijk dichtbij en gaat overdag elke 5 min...

wat jammer was, is dat er niet echt een restaurant oid in de buurt was, dus je moet dan alsnog de auto of bus in en in de avond rijdt de bus niet veel... 2 tubetjes douchegel voor 4 personen is wat weinig...🤔

Prima verblijf voor een skivakantie in Solden

Het appartement en de locatie. De inrichting was prima en het zag er netjes uit. Met de ski bus naar Solden was prima te doen. Om de 10 min gaat er wel een bus en kun je je eigen auto laten staan. Ook na de Apré ski kun je prima met de bus terug. Het is wel handig om een depot voor je ski's, schoenen en helm te regelen in Solden. Dat scheelt veel gedoe in de bus, voorkomt verlies of diefstal en is betaalbaar. Nabij de lift zijn er meerdere depots bij de wintersportzaken zoals Riml, Intersport of Sunup

De uitklapbare slaapbank in de woonkamer lag niet erg comfortabel en de kussens waren wel erg zacht.

Fantastisch appartement met badkamer voor elke slaapkamer

Modern en stijlvol appartement. Er is voor elke slaapkamer een badkamer, dus dat is super. Alles is aanwezig in de keuken en het appartement was super proper.

De woonkamer is wat aan de kleine kant maar dat maakte ons niet zoveel uit aangezien we meestal weg waren. Wi-fi zeer traag en dus bijna onbruikbaar.
