This apartment is a truly wonderful place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a fantastic 8-night stay at the Sima-Apartments "penthouse." The three-bedroom apartment is a large, modern, and new space with a generous dining area and a nice living room. It was also spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners, Simon and Markus, were incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment we booked. It was a pleasure to meet Markus in person, and his friendly advice made our trip to Oetztal even better. This apartment is a truly wonderful place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing holiday in a fantastic apartment, would highly recommend

sima apartments are very clean, comfortable, modern and warm. Good location close to excellent skiing 12 mins to Sölden and 20 to Gurgl. Ski lockers are perfect with boot heaters and plenty of space.

Great stay!

We had an apartment on ground floor. We arrived late and the check in was very easy. The apartment was very clean and beautiful, the kitchen is great and very well equipped. The view is amazing! The host is very nice and helpful! There is a washing machine in the basement (and a dryer) and it was very useful. We also got an Otzal summer guest card!

The apartment is not cheap, but worth every penny! Super high quality!

We took the penthouse. The apartment is amazing. Every little details was taken into consideration. The facility itself, the spacious rooms, kitchen, living room. The kitchen has everything (and more). The whole time we never felt there was something missing. Markus and his brother are great and so lovely. They even helped us make dinner reservations in one of the nights.

The apartment was very clean, spacious and well maintained. In fact we felt as if we are the first family to occupy it. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. They deliver fresh bread and pastries in the morning from a local bakery. Markus, the owner was amazing, our flight was cancelled in Munich and we needed to return the rental car in Vienna instead. He spoke to the rental company for us and helped us to resolve the issues. All in all we had a wonderful experience, we will definitely return

Amazing apartment for your ski trip to Sölden!

Excellent apartment in a very convenient location, just a 10-minute drive from Giggijochbahn in Sölden. There is a bus stop right across the street. Our apartment was a 65m2 ground floor flat with two en suite bedrooms, spacious dinning area with a kitchen, and an extra bed in the living room. The apartment has its own terrace, personal storage for ski equipment in the basement, and free, spacious parking right in front of the building. The area is quiet and family friendly. The apartment was immaculately clean, well equipped and spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults. It looked like we were one of the first guests since everything seemed to be brand new. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and cookware, en suite bathrooms are spacious, beds are comfy, and the property is well insulated. Our host Simon was very friendly and welcoming, arranged for an easy check-in, thus making our stay even more comfortable. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and definitely plan to stay here again next time we visit Sölden.

love this apartment.

we got there at the evening and the host sent us details info on how to get our key cards from the locker. it was very easy. we were in the big one on second floor. it was clean, big, with great view. my only comment for Oetz visitor it is far from A12 and you will need to spent 20-30 minutes drive in the valley. on the other side if you are looking for attraction in the valley (Aqua dome, Soelden, and so on) it is great location.

Amazing place

This place is simply superb and the people running it make you feel that you are part of the family. You get above what you have expected. The apartment is spacious, modern and beautiful, the scenery from the windows is captivating. It's surrounded by beautiful mountains and green fields and a little river where you can have your morning strolls and the bike riding. Everything is clean and neat. The apartment has two rooms with double bed each. Each room with a private bathroom. The kitchen has everything from the little detail to the coffee machine to even a sparkling water machine. They have a laundry and a dryer. There is also a room in the back to lock your bikes and charge the electric bikes if needed. The place is so close to restaurants and some activities. I tried two of these restaurants and the food is great. 10 mins walking. I highly recommend this place.

hosted by two brothers ready to support you when needed a beautiful comfortable ultra clean modern accommodation perfectly located close to all ski areas. heated lockers for your ski equipment. each room equipped with a flatscreen with over 80 channels + access to your own on demand channels if required. washing machine and dryer available next to locker room. all floors accessible by elevator. small village has everything including ski rent and nice restaurants. if you like comfort I highly recommend this place.

Très bel appartement moderne et propre. Bon agencement général. Les hôtes sont très aimables et disponibles en cas de besoin. La summer card est un réel plus. Parking devant l'appartement très pratique. Au sous-sol une machine à laver ET sèche-linge sont à disposition - super pratique.

Sans que ce soit un réel souci, l'agencement de la salle de bain aurait pu être plus optimal.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche zu Viert über Pfingsten 2025. - hochwertige, geschmackvolle Einrichtung - Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt inkl. Pad-Kaffeemaschine und Sodastream - Waschmaschine und Trockner im Keller zur gemeinsamen Benutzung für alle Apartments (hat problemlos funktioniert) - Fragen an die beiden Eigentümer, Markus und Simon, wurden extrem schnell und freundlich beantwortet, alles super! - Die Kosten für das Apartment inkludieren die Summer Card, mit der man im gesamten Ötztal Vergünstigung erhält und sind das Geld wert.
