Excellent would happily book again

Elm walk was very well equipped. Myself and 2 grandsons all had a room each. It was clean and spacious. It was nice to sit out on the decking. We were able to use the pool and within an easy walk of the beach...nice for an evening walk collecting sea glass and a football kick about. The site shop was useful for milk etc and the Park Dean staff were helpful and friendly.

Only one thing. As were were at the rear of the site and this was not a problem as it was nice near the trees but there seemed to be an abundance of boy racers ( bikes & cars) that used the road behind the site to amuse themselves noisely!... this I suspect is a local social nuisance... but it didn't spoil our holiday but I'm sure it annoyed more than just me. Please don't misunderstand they were not on the site but on the road behind trees and a large well maintained fence and as the road was heading into the countryside they probably didn't consider themselves loud. I did notice that a different section of the road was having speed bumps installed.

Fab caravan on a busy site 🎉

Clean and comfortable, everything you need and more for your stay. A short walk from some of the best views around. The owners have left everything from condiments to board games. Highly recommend this property, great value for money.

The most exceptional caravan

Second visit to this beautiful caravan. We stayed last year and booked it again because it was so nice. It's astonishingly spotless throughout, very comfortable and spacious and tastefully decorated. We hoped for sun but we got rain! However, it was still a great holiday. We had a walk to St Mary's Lighthouse and hunted for crabs along the way. The lighthouse is beautiful on a sunny day but equally as beautiful in the rain. So atmospheric! The caravan was a heavenly place to return to for a hot shower and a cosy evening. Absolutely exceptional, thank you so much again.

Breakfast N/A in caravan. Location was excellent for us, handy for walk by sea and visiting Newcastle and visits to Northumberland coast. Clean tidy site.

Would have been nice to have tea-towel, bag for waist bin, washing up sponge, however, there is a shop on site if arrival is in opening times.

Great visit near the coast visiting family.

Great location next to the sea and light house. On site bar and park were nice. The caravan was well kept, clean and tidy. Ideal for a long weekend visiting family.

Parking is a bit of a problem as no parking for the caravan specifically. Sometimes we managed to park near the van, but a lot of time had to park quite a distance. When getting there we just plonked the car outside by the bins to unload.

I used the caravan as a base as I was out every day.. I came to help look after my nephew. The caravan was, very clean and everything you needed.

I'm pleased I came at the end of the school holidays as ai could see the parking was a bit of a mare. I was lucky I did get parked each day in the same place.

Parkdean entertainment is like 60 to 70 % recommended. Parkdean arcade is small. But overall this is private owner caravan which is about perfect quality of caravan is amazing. Parkdean membership - to be fair no need to buy it. They not sercuity or staff asking fir membership id.

Exceptional caravan

We stayed for 2 nights as a family with our children aged 6 and 4. We loved everything about it. The caravan is gorgeous - super clean and had everything we needed plus more! The decor is beautiful with so many homely touches, you can tell the owners take pride in it. We loved the site too, it felt very chilled out and relaxing. Great pub/restaurant with a happy hour from 4-6, fun kids park, pool, ice cream parlour and a very reasonably priced convenience shop on-site. Whitley Bay, Tynemouth and all the beautiful beaches are just on the doorstep so it was the perfect location too. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing break - just what we needed and we will definitely return. 10/10
