Excellent location. The layout of the house was perfect. Nice it was traditional - added to the atmosphere of staying in Porthmadog. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of info available to understand what to do with the keys/rubbish/wifi etc. my dad loved that the heating was instant and the electric fire in the lounge was useful. Owner was kind and helpful with any issues we had during the stay.

A tee towel would have been handy as I forgot mine. The mattress in the room on the left needs changing.

location is fantastic with walking easily to railway and high street. plenty of space in house with garden to relax in. owner was very attentive and generous.

This was not the most serious of “ don’t likes” but took us a bit of working and as family it was ok. however just one toilet in the bathroom does mean some logistics need agreeing before someone showers or indeed uses the facility. we obviously just asked each other if others needed to use it first. could be an issue for others.

lovely property right in the centre of town, good location.

parking was a bit of a pain, and the washing machine needs either a good clean or replacing.
