Idyllic Shepherds Hut glorious views to South Downs 'Perch'

So quiet, mark was very friendly, plenty of fish to be caught, well worth the money, clean, cosy and will be booking again

t was very peaceful, the host were brilliant, and made us feel very very welcome 🙏 so very grateful to have nature close by, just what we needed... recommend to anyone who needs to relax, no noise better than staying in hotels. Loved it 💯 and definitely will be back. We got the more than what we expected, and such a comfy bed. Cozy and warm

Perch was an absolutely beautiful place, waking up with that pond infront of you and the greenery was stunning and felt like a dream. The perch hut was cozy and had everything you needed, kitchen, good flushing toilets and a double bed with TV. It felt like a massive upgrade from camping but still felt close to nature. Mpumie and Mark were amazing hosts and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back again- if you’re lucky enough to get availability to this place, don’t think twice and book!

Location is beautiful. The huts are super comfortable and have everything you need. It is so peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We slept very comfortably and the welcome pack was superb.
