We enjoyed staying here!

it suited our needs and was perfect for our stay in Paris. be aware it’s just outside of the main area so usually it took a couple of trains to get to where we needed to be. There’s a good- sized community park 20m from the front door- a playground plus markets on Saturdays and music events are held here. It was clean, the kitchen had everything you’d want, a frenchy feel, separate bedroom and good heating.

just the toilet lid- we used our peg less clothesline to keep it propped open… the bathroom is incredibly small but it is functional.

Overall, it was a good experience and I enjoyed the stay in Paris.

Location was good. Transportation facility and superstore was nearby the apartment. All the facilities available in the apartment are also good. It was value for money.

Superb

Nice and clean apartment on a quiet neighbourhood, close to the tube station. The bed was very comfortable! Small bathroom but it was not a problem for us. Easy communication with the host.

Superb

Property is managed by someone who manages restaurant just in the same building. So getting keys etc was easy. Only thing was I had to call the person when I arrived. Decent size rooms with good bed and good sofa cum bed. decent kitchen with basic things. Nespresso machine available with coffee pods and tea bags. Was allowed to keep luggage also after checkout till evening.

Toilet was small but manageable. If toiletries were provided then would have been very nice.

Appartement agréable et très bien situé

L'appartement est très propre et accueillant (bouteille d'eau fraiche au frigo et plateau de courtoisie). Il y a une machine à laver et un salon assez grand pour y prendre les repas en famille, laisser un enfant jouer etc. Deco simple mais soignée. Lionel a été très disponible et réactif avant et pendant le séjour pour répondre à nos questions. Le logement est proche des transports en commun et des commerces. La vie de quartier est super agréable (bars et parc pour enfant). Nous recommandons et nous reviendrons sans problème.

La salle de bain et l'entrée manquent un peu de confort (tablette un peu plus praticable, cuvette toilette et porte manteau dans l'entrée seraient bienvenus).

Espace formidable et confortable à proximité du métro

L'enregistrement a été très simple en suivant les instructions de Lionel.L'appartement était chaleureux et très confortable à notre arrivée. L'espace est excellent pour les petites familles comme la nôtre. Il y a tous les commerces essentiels à proximité (supermarché, boulangerie, cafés et restaurants) et la station de métro est également à quelques pas de l'appartement, ce qui permet d'aller partout, même avec des enfants, en toute simplicité. Lionel était extrêmement gentil et nous a laissé du vin, du café et des serviettes propres. Nous nous sommes sentis les bienvenus et nous reviendrons certainement !

Paris mérite plus de temps car il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire ! Nous aurions aimé pouvoir revenir bientôt.
