Disappointing, but OK since I only slept there since I was visiting my son and daughter in law.

Much smaller than I expected from the pictures. Must have used a special camera to take the pictures. I needed to extend my stay for a day but they had rented out the room without even asking me so I had to go elsewhere for one night.

Perfect place to stay for one night for someone humble

It was easy to reach the property, relatively close to metro station, a few minutes to ho to a bus stop. I liked the possibility of self check-in, the room itself was clean, new washed bedsheets and prettt comfortable bed. The owner was very flexible and helpful. I recommend the place to those who need a cheap short overnight in Paris and who can sacrifice their comfort a bit

Met 2 cockroaches, 1 spider and 1 ant in the shower, not pleasant Coffee machine wasn’t working I got a room which was different from the one 1 ordered (no kitchenette) +35 degrees outside, no ventilator or air conditioning Noisy streets during daytime and at night, at the same time the window needed to be opened at night because it was so hot

Cockroach in the bathroom, bed sheets are old and dirty, says that you not allowed to smoke but the smell of weed was really bad, mold, you can hear absolutely everything behind the door

This is a very low-end property on a busy street in a working-class neighborhood.

Good location for my purposes. Having a kitchenette.

People going in and out until very late at night. The constant smell of cigarette smoke. After the manager asked the upstairs tenants to be more considerate, they moved outside and talked noisily on the street with more cigarette smoking.

No the best place to stay

the stove in the apartment did not work during our stay. We told the owner on the second day but he didn't fix it. In the kitchen did not have a knife or chopping board The windows did not close well, so it came so much noise from the street ( this street has so much traffic).

- The floor was not clean - no elevator - we heard people partying maybe downstairs around 2,3am.. very noisy - we had to leave 4am to go to the airport, when we go down, tabaco smell was all over the place

Wi-fi is not working. Towels with somebody’s hair. Room is not like on the photos and maximum 5m2. Toilet is in front of the bad, no door to toilet and bathroom, only curtain. Window is near big ventilation and it’s not possible to get fresh air by opening it. Linens were a gray color (should be white) so you couldn’t understand are they clean or not. Very bad noise isolation, you hear everything in the building.

lovely apartment, the beds were really comfortable, well equipped (bed sheets, towels, coffee machine, TV etc), there’s a bus station very close to the apartment and we also got a free upgrade, because a bigger room was free

the shower curtain was a bit too short, so we had a little flood in the bathroom

Too small for three people, no wardrobe, not clean enough, weird smell in the bathroom, bed for a third person was very uncomfortable and bedsheets didn’t fit, not enough towels and these seemed dirty

Cute and French style stay

The room is equipped with a queen bed and a sofa bed, a small kitchen, a small dining table with chair, and a separate bathroom. The room is cute and compact and it is above a restaurant which is not opening currently. The building looks like transitional French style as our tour guide pointed out. There is a small grocery store across the street, which even provides printing service. We printed three pages of document for 1 euro. Two main bus stops are close by which could lead to metro line 1/9 and RER A train stations.

We stayed for eight nights. We met the manager and cleaning lady the first day when they handed over the room key. The cleaning lady does not speak either English or French. We communicated through google translator. Service was very limited. When we bought the metro daily ticket, we found out this region is within zone 1-3.

DO NOT stay this hotel! (Mouse! No refrigerator works. No Sound insulation. Very slow WIFI.)

Not far from Paris center. Connection of Public transportation is OK. (BUT forget any advantage of this. See my review in detail!)

DO NOT stay this hotel! I am very disappointed. - There is a mouse in the room! (I found it in the middle of room! And also See the attached photo, which the mouse bites.) - No refrigerator works. (Even electricity is connected, but cooling is not working.) - Dishes are very dirty. (Better not to use for your health.) - Drainage in the sink is not working well. (It takes several minutes to drain waste water.) - No Sound insulation. (You can hear all noise from other neighbor rooms.) - One of external window pane cracked (it looks not safe and secure) - The room is NOT big enough for 3 persons. (it is very narrow with baggage) - Very slow WIFI. (almost stop...) Originally I reserved 3 nights, but I cannot stay anymore after I found the mouse in second night! I would like to complain to the relative authority (e.g. hygienic office), if possible. I am very upset with this stay. I do not wish there is another victim like me. (I am very doubting how Booking.com qualified this hotel and allow them.) This hotel should be blocked for others. It spoiled my eastern holiday and gave me an unforgettable(?) memory.

Location is OK. It takes around 70 minutes via public transport to reach Eiffel tower 🗼 from here., It's not the best, but also not the worst...

The basic needs : Internet and refrigerator were not available. Refrigerator was there , but was not working. Internet was there, but very very week signal of wifi, which was not suitable to open even google.com
