Not what I expected

House had a really moldy smell like it had been sitting for a while. Informed the owner and he said he'd provide a refund. Booking.com and I have been trying to contact him and no response.

A spacious apartment with everything you need

A fully equipped apartment with everything you need & about a 10 minute walk away from a supermarket, maybe 5 minutes to the bus and tram stops. Netflix and YouTube on the TV were an added bonus. The balcony is great for sitting on and plane watching, as well as watching the naked old guy in one of the flats opposite!! Although the host offers parking, there's plenty available opposite the sports field and it's free of charge. Bear in mind that the parking that comes with the apartment is not in the apartment's block and is one of those duplex ones (the one for the apartment is on the 2nd level and head room is low - we have a small Skoda Fabia and the ariel was too high, despite it being only about 40cm).

The only complaint is the fact that were no fans, although the host commented on the good airflow via the open windows (and he was correct), but a couple of fans would have been very helpful given the heat. We kept cool at night be having the windows opened, but this meant that we were woken up by the sunlight streaming in from the living room :-( Also, we forgot to ask where the washing machine was but managed to find it, only to be informed by a neighbour that we were using theirs (they weren't too happy about this as it had obviously happened before)! They did point us in the right direction ;-)

After a month stay

Everything is perfect, the owner is exceptionally helpful and always quick to respond if contacted, cleanness is 10/10, location is great, the place itself is spacious with a nice balcony, and the kitchen has great tools for cooking. Overall one of the best stays I've had

Die Lage war in Ordnung.

- keine Verkleidung des Abflussrohres an der Decke - Flecken auf Sofa und den Küchenstühlen - Wasserkocher stark verkalkt - Toaster funktionierte nicht - nach Weitergabe der Info erfolgte leider kein Austausch - Bilder auf Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität

ホストのVolkerさんが本当に親切です。宿泊前から些細な質問にも答えてくれ、宿泊中の問題にもすぐに対応して下さいました。アパートは全体的に綺麗で家族5人でも充分な広さがあり、1ヶ月もの間、快適に暮らす様に過ごすことができました。設備も何も問題ありません。一つだけ、シャワー室が狭いですが、小さな問題であり、何も不自由ありません。調理もたくさんでき、食洗機も素晴らしいです！エレベーターがなく4階までは大変ではありますが、とてもらいい運動になりました！！　最後に、チェックアウト後に大切な物を忘れてきてしまい、Volkerさんに連絡を入れたところ、朝早かったにも関わらず早急に対応してくださり、その対応の素晴らしさに、旅の最後、涙から心が晴れる気持ちに変わることができました。本当にありがとうございました🙇‍♀️この様に親切なホストのアパートを見つけることができて本当に良かったです！！たくさん助けて下さり本当にありがとうございました！！

Praktische Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber das ist dennoch fußläufig zu

Freundlichkeit der Vermieter. Unkomplizierter Kontakt. Parkplatzmöglichkeit. Gute Ausstattung.

Man muss bedenken, dass die Wohnung im vierten Stock liegt und kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist.
